Therefore, an improved and optimized scheme for the ATP cutoff control circuit is proposed. Starting from the basic principle of ATP cut-off circuit of a signaling system and the vehicle interface, this paper briefly analyzes the basic design and shortcomings of current ATP cut-off control circuits, and puts forward an optimized control method of an ATP cut-off control circuit. The optimized control method of an ATP cut-off circuit has been tested on one particular project. The test result is qualified, which verifies the availability and effectiveness of the optimized ATP cut-off circuit control method.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133693554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the main public transportation for urban travel, new energy buses have become the choice of the market. How to manage the new energy buses economically and effectively requires quantitative analysis through a large number of energy consumption statistics. In this paper, we establish an attention-based LSTM model with more accurate prediction results according to the 11 influencing factors of new energy vehicle energy consumption, including the classification results of driving behavior, and then conduct comparison experiments and ten-fold cross-validation of the model. The results show that the accuracy of the model is high enough to meet the engineering requirements. To improve the generalization of the prediction model, a Stacking-based integrated model with stronger generalization is built and trained, and the training and preservation of the integrated model are optimized by incremental algorithms so that the model can improve its learning ability and prediction accuracy on old and new data while maintaining the generalization ability of different distributions.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130531788","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to ensure the stability of the power grid and meet the charging demand of EVs effectively in some urban transport hubs, it is important to estimate the charging demand. Combined with the timetable of high-speed railway hub, this paper considers some typical factors that affect charging demand and charging characteristics. A method based on Monte Carlo simulation for estimating the charging demand of EVs in high-speed railway hub is proposed. To verify the effectiveness of this method, a case study of Beijing South Railway Station is carried out. Results show that this method can estimate the charging demand at high-speed railway hub well. Factors such as, the market share of EV, the arrival state of charge, the charging power of the charging pile, and the battery capacity can cause significant changes in the daily charging power of the hub. Finally, suggestions are further presented for charging station at the Beijing South Railway Station.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130301396","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, most autonomous vehicles are still at L1 or L2 with the function of driving assistance. Hence, man-machine co-driving will last for a long period of time. In this context, it is significant to design a hedging system to deal with driver disability. Based on the potential risk field, an emergency system is proposed, which can realize safe, efficient and precise parking in emergency scenarios. Firstly, emergency risk field is established considering the road boundaries, obstacles, and destinations. Secondly, to attract the vehicle to the safe areas, the proposed emergency risk field is regionally weighted according to the demand of the emergency parking. Finally, based on the output field intensity, a collision-free path is generated through the moving target algorithm to achieve the safe hedge. The experimental results show that the experimental group gains a higher success rate and has the optimization rates of 17.79%, 12.63%, 7.21% and 6.87% about parking time in four scenarios, respectively, compared with the control group. Furthermore, the verifications are also carried out on THICV Scaled Smart City (THICV Sicity) to demonstrate the feasibility.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127452359","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper aims to formulate the performances of emergency services operations for rescuing vehicle locations and responding to district planning on highways. First, a highway rescue vehicle scheduling strategy considering the equilibrium probability of rescue vehicle state is established based on the idle or busy state of rescue vehicles. Then, the equilibrium equation of the working intensity of rescue vehicles (the time proportion of rescue vehicles in the rescue state) is proposed on the basis of the theory of stochastic birth and death process, conditional probability theory and probability multiplication formula. The equilibrium equations are linear and easy to be solved iteratively. From the working intensities of the rescue vehicles, several rescue performances of emergency rescue systems are derived, such as the rescue response time of systems, districts and rescue vehicles, as well as the fraction of rescue vehicles inter-district, etc. Finally, the numerical experiments from the Su-Tong Yangtze River Bridge on the G15 highway are implemented to verify the proposed model and algorithm. These rescue performances could provide support for decision-making on the reasonable number of rescue vehicles and location of the emergency stations.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"95 7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129120410","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The travel speed on a non-reserved lane does not remain constant all the day, it varies with the time of a day which also makes the total travel time fluctuate with different departure time. However, because of the exclusive occupation of the reserved lanes by special tasks, negative impact such as increase of travel flow on adjacent general purpose lanes is caused. The objective of TDLRP is to minimize the total negative impact caused by the reserved lanes. To solve the TDLRP, we first formulate it into a new mixed integer non-linear programming model which considers the restricted budget, then reformulate it as an equivalent easy-to-handle linear one by a Big-M-based linearization method and solve it through the commercial solver CPLEX. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model is demonstrated via experimental results for a real-life instance.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130006476","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to traffic congestion, traffic accidents and other reasons, some drivers may not park on time as scheduled, resulting in low utilization of parking spaces and waste of parking resources. In view of this, this paper proposes a parking space reservation method based on multi-stage auction to solve the problem of low utilization rate of parking spaces due to drivers being late or absent. Different from previous studies, this paper proposes a “real-time reporting strategy for drivers’ driving conditions” to guide drivers to report their lateness. Improve parking space utilization and reduce vehicle cruising time. In order to encourage late drivers to report in time, reward drivers who report, and punish drivers who do not report and waste parking resources, the Vickrey-Clarke-Groves auction mechanism is used to determine the reward and punishment price for drivers. Research shows that the parking reservation mechanism based on multi-stage Vickrey-Clarke-Groves auctions brings more utility to the parking lot than the traditional “first come first serve “Real-time reporting strategy of driver’s driving condition” can effectively restrain the large fluctuation of parking lot utility and driver’s parking benefit caused by late arrival of driver. At the same time, the cruising time of the parking vehicle is also reduced, and good social benefits can be obtained.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"459 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126249596","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the estimated queue length, the spillover risk of each intersection is divided into three levels, i.e., low, medium and high. The intersection with higher spillover risk will be included into one spillover cluster using the arterial partitioning approach. Then, specific signal control strategies are developed for different types of intersections (i.e., input, connecting and output) in one spillback cluster, in order to realize balanced queue spillover risk for intersections along the arterial. Last, one typical arterial was modeled using microscopic simulation VISSIM to validate the signal optimization method proposed in this study. The experimental results help shed light on both theoretical and technical aspects in active risk prevention and alleviation of queue spillover on urban arterial.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124462447","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A DBSS with a fixed number of cycling bikes is formulated as a closed service network with a buffered M/M/1 queue at each station. Accordingly, an approximation algorithm for the throughput rate of the DBSS is developed. The formulated algorithm can calculate the average number of bikes on roads and at stations. Moreover, it can estimate the average cycling time on roads and bike dwell time at stations as well as determine the optimal number of bikes achieving the maximum throughput rate in the DBSS. This paper also proposes a method to determine whether a station is a bike surplus station or a bike deficient station, given user demands, routing matrix, cycling time matrix, and dock allocation. The approximation algorithm is verified in a real-world bike-sharing network. The throughput rate of the DBSS is found to increase trapezoidally with the bike input under an upper bound. Moreover, if the input exceeds the optimal number of bikes in the DBSS, the bikes are left idle, and the spatial distribution of bike surplus stations and bike deficient stations becomes constant.","PeriodicalId":160149,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132065660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
