This study aims to determine the effect of variable compensation of financial and compensation nonfinancial variable to variable work motivation, work motivation variable to variable performance of teachers, and the effect of variable compensation financial and compensation nonfinancial variable to variable performance of teachers through work motivation. This type of research used in this research is causal research design and methods of research used is quantitative. \u0000 The population in this research were 43 teachers of SMPN 11 Malang. The total sample of 43 teachers using sampling techniques saturated. Bull Race is the original culture of the land Madura cow racing is a race in which a pair of cows that pulls the train of wood (a jockey up and control the cow pairs) to be driven in the race racing against other pairs of cows). As part of a community certainly has become an umbrella association for the community Bull Race requires knowledge and accounting statements for subsequent agendas. This research uses an ethnographic approach. Data obtained from informants who were the original inhabitants of the land of Madura, through in-depth interviews, documentation and direct observation. \u0000Based on this research note that purport accounting practices obtained from informants indicate that the Madurese community, especially the members of the community Bull Race Bull Race follow the race as a form of love and preservation of cultural values, especially Madura. Economic compensation obtained merely as a means to preserve and ensure the survival of the community of Bull Race. Compensation should be able to trigger the desired behavior in organizations such good performance, loyalty and responsibility on organizational commitment. While job satisfaction is the compatibility between one's expectations that arise in return provided by the job. So if the company can provide appropriate compensation and employee expectations employee satisfaction with the job may have given the company, the employee will have a high level of commitment to the work place. \u0000The population of this research is all the administrative staff of: PT.Lintang Sarana Media Malang The sampling technique used is total sampling with a sample of 40 people.
