Hal ini disebabkan karena kekuatan ekonomi khususnya di Indonesia sebesar 60% terletak pada UMKM. Di era mobile internet saat ini, jumlah pengguna smartphone yang telah melakukan online adalah sumber utama dalam pengembangan UMKM. Salah satu strategi yang diadopsi oleh banyak pelaku bisnis di Indonesia adalah strategi Online to Offline atau Offline to Online (O2O). Model bisnis O2O tidak hanya mengubah mentalitas konsumen dan model layanan tetapi juga membawa tantangan baru bagi e-commerce tradisional. Dapat dikatakan bahwa e-commerce saat ini mencari cara baru untuk menggabungkan ekonomi online dan offline, yang merupakan tren yang tak terelakkan dalam pengembangan e-commerce. Oleh karena itu, model bisnis O2O adalah model bisnis yang tepat untuk UMKM karena memiliki prospek pengembangan yang besar. It is also conducted to determine whether the allocation of funds financial management accountability village, village policies, and village institutions jointly affect the welfare of the community. Respondents consisted of 55 women and 45 men from all walks of education and work different. All data is processed by multiple regression analysis with a look at the validity, realibiltas, and hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Consumer spending makes a strong middle class residential business segment was the largest contributor to growth in Indonesia properties .. In this study, the parameters used to measure the performance of the company's financial statements is the accounting profit and the total cash flow. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of variable accounting profit, and total cash flow to share price. Using multiple regression analysis, the study population is all companies sub-sector property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. \u0000The results showed that the accounting profit that affect stock prices. Accounting profits will provide information and a positive signal on the stock price on the property sub-sector and real estate, so it will affect the reduction or increase in the company's stock price. Total variable cash flows do not affect the stock price. The total sample of 43 teachers using sampling techniques saturated. This research uses an ethnographic approach. Data obtained from informants who were the original inhabitants of the land of Madura, through in-depth interviews, documentation and direct observation. \u0000Based on this research note that purport accounting practices obtained from informants indicate that the Madurese community, especially the members of the community Bull Race Bull Race follow the race as a form of love and preservation of cultural values, especially Madura. Economic compensation obtained merely as a means to preserve and ensure the survival of the community of Bull Race.
