In our approach, services are viewed as agents, and service compositions as multi agent systems. In image processing, a CNN can be used for noise reduction and edge detection. Small-World Cellular Neural Networks (SWCNN) are CNNs extended by adding a small-world link, which is a global short-cut. Although SWCNNs have better performance than CNNs, one of the weaknesses of the SWCNN is fault tolerance. Previously, we proposed multiple SWCNN layers to improve the fault tolerance of the SWCNN. However, as this only addresses termination failures it is not sufficient. In this paper, we propose a Time Stamp Voting method to improve tolerance of intermittent faults. Every nation has a governing body like USFDA, TGA, and M.H.R.A, Schedule-M etc. that assures that the medicines are manufactured under strict guidelines to ensure highest quality of manufactured products. However assuring high quality products requires that the manufacturing facility is monitored 24x7 and this monitoring requires the use of high end networking technology. Currently pharmaceutical plants capture this information using a number of scalar sensors that measure temperature, pressure, humidity etc. In some developing nations this sensed information is manually recorded by a supervisor in charge. This often results in data entry errors that need to be addressed. This paper aims at identifying current technologies that can be used by Indian Pharmaceutical Industries to capture this information and process it in real time to provide the kind of track and trace which so far is not implemented in majority of Indian pharmaceutical companies. One concern is controlling accesses to resources in this environment. In order to infer whether the access is allowed or not, different information of different entities including contextual information should be involved. From access control point of view, we divide the entities in semantic web into three categories: resources (objects), requesters (subjects), and environment (infrastructure, time, and location). In this paper, we present a semantic-based context-aware access control framework to be applied in semantic web, considered as a multi-domain environment. To handle context information in the framework, we propose a context ontology to represent contextual information and employ it in the inference engine. The proposed ontology classifies the context of a semantic web environment and represents the elements of contextual information and their relationship in an abstract level. Appropriate tools must not only generate these workloads in real-time, but must also be able to sweep through a range of possible workload characteristics to support sensitivity and robustness analyses. Currently, the majority of prior work in this area, including Harpoon, ns-2, OpNet, and tcp replay, has focused on the reproduction of workload traces at the network-level. However, for many distributed systems, reproducing application-level workload characteristics is more informative from a testing perspective. This work details such an application-level workload generation tool. The tool itself is distributed and, hence, easily scales to using multiple machines to re-create complex multi-homed workloads. The Poisson process has been used to model the multiple classes of arrival streams. The service times have exponential distribution. Analytical expressions for the flow balanced equations have been derived using Markov chain. This paper presents an analytical and numerical solution  to the M/M/1/K queue with finite buffer under (WFQ ) service  and the derivation of a general expression for the steady state probabilities for any buffer K. Providing adequate and reliable communication facilities to motorway and airport users is extremely challenging due to the high variability of the environments in which they operate. Moreover, maintaining quality of service (QoS) for all traffic classes (voice, video and data) poses another problem due to their different delay characteristics. To overcome the challenges, in this paper we introduce the design of a medium access control (MAC) protocol namely Pico Cellular MAC (PC-MAC) for motorway and airport environments. For a motorway scenario, based on the analysis of real vehicular motorway traffic we develop our own vehicular simulator to study real-time vehicular traffic scenarios. While data broadcasting has many advantages, it introduces some problems known as broadcast storm problems, which causing a lot of contention, redundant retransmission and collision. In this paper our objective is to reduce the number of retransmission as well as to obtain less number of collisions. A good probabilistic broadcast protocol can achieve high save rebroadcast and low collision. In this paper, we propose a probabilistic approach that calculates the rebroadcast probability according to the number of neighbour's nodes when nodes move according to random way point mobility model and compare it with simple flooding, adjusted probabilistic flooding [4,7] and dynamic probabilistic flooding [14] schemes. Generally, SVMs classifiers are designed to solve binary classification problem. In order to handle multi-class classification problem, we present a new method to build dynamically a fuzzy hierarchical structure from the training data. Our method is based on two main concepts: Fuzzy hierarchical classification and Support Vector Machine. First, the fuzzy hierarchical classification consists in finding relationships between objects. We introduce the transitive closure measure to discover fuzzy similarity between objects. Second, SVM is applied at each node of the hierarchy to discriminate between objects. SVM is used to divide the original problem into sub-problems. We combine multiple binary SVMs to solve multi-class classification. We use equivalence classes to regroup similar objects into single class. Finally, we get a direct hierarchy of classes. Over the last decades, researchers have proposed many approaches to detect and model historical events of churn. Traditional approaches, like neural networks, aim to identify behavioral pattern related to the customers. This kind of supervised learned model is suitable to establish likelihood assigned to churn. Although these models can be effective in terms of predictions, they just present the isolated likelihood about the event. However these models do not consider the influence among the customers. Based on the churn score, companies are able to perform an efficient process to retain different types of customer, according to their value in any corporate aspects. Social network analysis can be used to enhance the knowledge related to the customers' influence in an internal community. This new proposition to valuate the customers can arise distinguishes aspects about the virtual communities inside the telecom networks, allowing companies to establish more effective action plans to enhance the customer loyalty process. Combined scores from predictive modeling and social network analysis can create a new customer centric view, based on individual pattern recognition and community overview understanding.
