NTFPs have always played a primary role in economies reliant on forest resources. An estimated 147 million people live in 170,000 villages in and around India’s forests, with 275 million villagers relying heavily on the forest for their livelihoods. The medicinal plants available in the Himalayan region of India have huge international market demand and significant market value. Challenges in the Indian context, such as gender bias, overexploitation of resources, forest policies, and climate change, affect NTFP collection, environmental sustainability, and management. This study aims to present detailed research on NTFP resources in India and their role in the livelihood of the rural population in the country. This study aimed to assess hospital pharmacists’ knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding clinical pharmacy services using a cross-sectional study design at seven government hospitals in Qassim, Saudi Arabia. In total, 236 hospital pharmacists were present in the Qassim region, where 176 reported providing clinical pharmacy services invited to participate. Out of 176 distributed questionnaires, 174 returned, giving a response rate of 98.86%. The number of clinical pharmacists in Qassim hospitals was only 5 (5.7%). The mean knowledge, attitude, and practice scores were 8.72±3.0, 29.39±4.1, and 16.3±3.1, respectively. Most pharmacists had a low level of knowledge about clinical pharmacy services 46 (52.3%). Knowledge scores were significantly associated with the highest academic qualification (p=0.02). Most pharmacists agreed that clinical pharmacists can provide 84 (95.5%) drug information and monitor patient response to drug therapy 82 (93.2%). Attitude scores were significantly associated with age (p=0.001). Practice scores were significantly associated with age (p=0.001) and nationality (p=0.001). Most services provided in hospitals were patient counseling 82 (93.2%). The most common barriers identified were lack of staff, training, and time. Recognizing the importance of clinical pharmacy services and the role of clinical pharmacists in healthcare settings is an essential step toward improving patient safety. Therefore, pharmacists need proper training in clinical pharmacy services to gain confidence. We employ the iterative Adomian decomposition method (ADM) to address a distinct subclass of nonlinear PDEs. The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the efficiency and reliability of the ADM in handling complex mathematical models. To this end, we explore the convergence characteristics of the method when applied to the aforementioned class of equations. Our analysis sheds light on the intricate interplay between the iterative steps of the method and the underlying nonlinear dynamics, providing valuable insights into the behavior of the solution process. Through this investigation, we find noise terms in the context of inhomogeneous equations. We reveal that the presence of noise is intrinsically linked to the inherent heterogeneity of the equations, and its impact on convergence behavior is systematically elucidated. To validate the robustness and accuracy of the proposed method, we present a series of numerical results. These results not only underscore the reliability of the method in producing accurate solutions but also highlight its potential to overcome computational challenges associated with nonlinear PDEs. In summary, our study contributes to the broader picture of nonlinear PDE solvers by showing the potential of the Adomian decomposition method, especially in models involving noise terms and inhomogeneous equations. The efficiency of this method is illustrated by investigating the convergence results for this equation. We show that the noise terms are conditional for nonhomogeneous equations, and the numerical results demonstrate the reliability and accuracy of the ADM. When swaddling is properly performed, infants show less awakening and longer sleep, better neuromuscular development, less physiological stress, better motor organization, and better self-regulation abilities. Improper swaddling can result in conditions that are detrimental to newborns, such as SIDS and DDH, which cause stress. Early exposure of neonates to stress results in residual symptoms in behavior and neurobiological disorders. This study aimed to determine the effect of mid-line position compared with traditional swaddling regarding physical and autonomic stress signs. The study population comprised 194 newborns. The mid-line and traditionally swaddled were observed and recorded, and physical and autonomic signs at birth, 10 minutes and 2 hours were documented. This study found that there was a statistically significant difference between the groups in terms of cries at 10 minute and 2 hours and so with the heart rate and respiration rate at birth (p<0,05), and a significant difference in oxygen saturation at 10 minutes and 2 hours (p < 0,05). Additionally, mid-line swaddling had a larger average decrease in heart rate and respiration rate, and increase in the oxygen saturation. Therefore, this study can deduce that midline position swaddling has a less stressful effect than the traditional position. The same research elsewhere in Indonesia will be costly. Future research would suggest a larger sample that may suggest a more accurate outcome.
