In the three studies of stated preferences about the willingness to pay for an environmental quality improvement project, we used a sample size of 289 observations for the Primas Basalticos ecosystems and 150 for the La Michilía Biosphere Reserve and the Molino de Las Flores National Park. The selection of interviewees was random among visitors. To carry out the estimation, a cluster analysis was carried out to determine the income strata, where the indicator was formulated and calculated in each ecosystem for three income strata (high, medium and low) based on a segmentation of the consumers of recreational services through the two-stage clustering method. In this way, the recreational services of the three ecosystems in both cases behave as a normal good; that is, if the income of the high and middle income consumer increases, the demand for recreational services will increase less than proportionally.","PeriodicalId":158993,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Quantitative and Statistical Analysis","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123765859","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Omega coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the applied instruments so as not to depend on the number of items, the acceptable value should range between 0.70 and 0.90. The evaluations obtained in each one of the surveys were: for teachers of the Multiple Attention Center (CAM) of Tehuacán 0.707 and for parents 0.705, demonstrating that the reliability of the instrument that was applied is adequate. With the results of this analysis, areas for improvement were detected focused on the development of a new mobile application adapted to the needs of students with ASD from the Tehuacán CAM, and as a contribution of a Mexican development in this segment.","PeriodicalId":158993,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Quantitative and Statistical Analysis","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133341456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this degradation process, used diapers were used that contained liquid waste and in their original complete form, for the degradation control the following physicochemical parameters were evaluated: pH, TDS, CE, Temperature, % of degradation, mass and volume reduction. Being part of a very useful product on the market, diapers become part of the large amount of urban solid waste that is generated by excessive use over the years, becoming one of the most notoriously present wastes along with plastic waste. With the help of this kind of techniques and specialized tools, it is being carried out an analysis of the EXANI-II data bases of the Aguascalientes State (México) corresponding to the 2013 year, whose main purpose is the identification of the factors that impact negatively the academic performance of senior high students, as well as the definition of strategies to reinforce the weak aspects identified in this performance. The models generated as fundamental part of this study will be validated in a subsequent study by using the data corresponding to the 2014 year, in such a way that the generated models have a high level of confidence at the moment of being used. A preliminary data analysis has suggested using mainly the techniques of classification (decision trees) and clustering (grouping by sector) in this study.","PeriodicalId":158993,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Quantitative and Statistical Analysis","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134035343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective is to obtain the models for the production indicators of forage maize hybrids, which could improve the production systems. The variables evaluated were: leaf area index (IAF), number of leaves and dry matter (DM). The DM model as a function of the IAF was 17.13 grams plant per unit of IAF. For the days after sowing (DDS) a production of 5 grams plant / elapsed day was found. For IAF based on DDS, 0.36 units of IAF were obtained per day and the IAF increased by 0.65 units as a function of the number of leaves. It is concluded that the behavior of the evaluated variables provides results of linear and polynomial regression models, with different levels of reliability, which allow future estimates to be made to choose the hybrids that best adapt to the region.","PeriodicalId":158993,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Quantitative and Statistical Analysis","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123924011","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Numerous metals make up this group, many of them essential for agencies to complete their life cycle. However, while some are essential for survival, excess or the presence of others can be toxic or even lethal. The plants have developed specific mechanisms absorb and accumulate nutrients, however, some metals and metalloids are absorbed and accumulate in the plant because they exhibit an electrochemical behavior similar to the required nutrients. Absorption of Copper and Nickel by plants is the first step of entering the food chain, metabolic character due to the ability to accumulate metals in their tissues. The test objective was to know the results of recent research to elucidate the function of copper and nickel in plant nutrition.","PeriodicalId":158993,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Quantitative and Statistical Analysis","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115169101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The hill was divided into three strata: upper, middle and lower. Two hundred soil samples were taken at depths of 0-15 and 15-30 cm. These were processed in the biology laboratory, belonging to the Higher Technological Institute of Salvatierra. Two isolation techniques were used: direct seeding and serial dilutions, over Petri dishes with potato dextrose agar culture medium and 100 mg of streptomycin to control bacteria. One hundred and thirteen axenic strains corresponding to 16 genera identified from “Cerro Tetillas” were obtained. At the upper stratum, 13 genera were identified, while in the middle and lower strata, nine genera were identified in each one of them. The diversity of soil fungi found in the different strata of the hill may be due to physicochemical characteristics of soil, native vegetation, interaction and abundance of soil fungi species, human disturbance and rain runoff.","PeriodicalId":158993,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Quantitative and Statistical Analysis","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127199911","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
