At the intersections of the road network, there are unacceptable, in terms of safety, conflicts of traffic and pedestrian flows. Therefore, the development of integrated traffic management schemes for small cities is an urgent task today. The article presents the features of the organization of traffic, which must be taken into account when developing complex schemes of traffic management for small cities. Reducing the total conflict load at the intersections of the road network is considered as one of the activities aimed at improving road safety. The results of studies aimed at determining the number of conflict points, as well as the results of theoretical studies confirming the validity of the proposed measures are reflected. The results of modeling of possible transport delays are presented both in the current traffic management and in the implementation of the proposed measures. Keywords—small cities, complex traffic management scheme, conflict loading, traffic intensity, traffic delays.","PeriodicalId":158920,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Aviamechanical Engineering and Transport (AviaENT 2019)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132390143","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is accepted that the dynamic model of the car has five degrees of freedom. The complex oscillatory process is divided into separate components: vertical, transverse and longitudinal horizontal. It is taken into account that the springsuspended weight of the car can also make angular oscillations. The equations of motion of a mechanical system are composed using the second-kind Lagrange equations by first generating the expressions for potential and kinetic energy. Since one of the most important problems in the dynamics of rolling stock is the study of forced oscillations of railway vehicles caused by irregularities of rails, therefore, the formulas of Professor N.N. Kudryavtsev were used as a kinematic effect on bogies. In the model being developed, the two wheels of the car trolley will be considered as one, then the equivalent perturbation is the average value of the perturbations transmitted to each wheel, that is, the pitching of the bogies can be neglected. Isolated perturbations are determined using reasoning about the time of passage of the wheels over the track irregularity. The obtained differential equations are rather complicated for an analytical solution. Therefore, to find solutions, the MathCAD mathematical software package was used. It provides a set of built-in functions for the numerical solution of differential equations. The massinertial characteristics and geometrical dimensions of the gondola car of model 12-132 are taken as input data. The speed of movement of the car and the length of the irregularities varied in a fairly wide range. As a result of numerical modeling, graphs of linear and angular oscillations versus irregularity lengths were obtained. It was found that the amplitude of oscillations varies within certain limits from 0 to 0.007 (vertical oscillations) and from –10 to +10 rad. (for the speed of 20 m/s and the length of the irregularity of 25 m). For reliable operation in icing conditions active antiicing/de-icing systems are needed, which entail at the present time considerable on-board power consumption, additional weight, installation or maintenance difficulties and other drawbacks. Moreover, a lot of incidents still appear due to inflight icing. Nowadays, it is a high demand for efficient and reliable de-icing techniques. Recent studies presented hybrid and non-thermal in-flight ice protection methods with potentials to be more advantageous, including ultrasonic de-icing technique. In this paper, the feasibility study with semi-hard lead zirconate titanate (PZT) ultrasonic Langevin-type transducer was carried out. The theoretical model explaining ice detaching mechanism with applied ultrasonic guided wave propagation theory was described. The verifying experiment was conducted to prove feasibility of de-icing. High equipment with high-performance machines and mechanisms obliges modern repair production to raise its technical level of repair technology, to improve in every way the organization of production, to expand the technical capabilities of production by introducing new technology and advanced technology. Mathematical modeling based on the results of a sample of observations on the current evolution of the galvanic process development for a given technological product (cylinder block bearings) using the third-order spline approximation method, continuous interpolation of the state vector of the galvanic process is constructed. The method of constructing a mathematical model of the electroplating process allows us to raise the question of finding the optimal electrolysis mode in the process of restoring the seats of the engine bearings core blocks. In this case, the optimal electrolysis mode is understood as an electrolytic process, which, on the one hand, provides the specified quality indicators of electroplating, and on the other (simultaneously), minimizes the energy and material costs for its practical implementation. The results of operational tests confirmed the high wear resistance of the electroplated coating, which exceeds the wear resistance of the base material by 2030%. By methods of metallography and fractography with using the basic provisions of metallurgy, physics of metals, physics of strength and fracture we have identified the localization of initial cracks, the micromechanisms of their formation and subsequent development, and described the general picture of failure. It is shown that the main physical and mechanical causes of cylinder’s failure are connected with coarsening and heterogeneity of intermetallic phase distribution in an alloy and the increased roughness of internal surface processing on the metal liner. It is established that the reason of the rod failure was unsatisfactory quality of metal caused by errors of heat treatment before chrome plating. As a result, there are structural inhomogeneities (ferritic banding, non-metallic inclusions) in the hardened layer and in the transitional zone to the core area which initiated the fatigue cracks. The main mechanism of failure of the automobile gas tank and bulldozer’s hydraulic-cylinder rod is metal fatigue that evolves in time and is induced by manufacturing processes errors.","PeriodicalId":158920,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Aviamechanical Engineering and Transport (AviaENT 2019)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134107238","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The factors influencing the development of transport and industries on the region's economy have been identified. Based on the data obtained from statistics, regional economics, relevant ministries and agencies, as well as rom scientific research carried out by the authors earlier, the results of the research into advantages of the main types of transport have been provided for a number of indicators used in the justification of regional transport systems in line with the problems to be solved. The article provides a step-by-step methodology for assessing the comparative advantages of inland waterway transport.
