A single-center observational cross-sectional comparative study was conducted among \u0000a random population sample of the adult population of the city of Moscow who applied to the pavilion \u0000"Healthy Moscow". The study included 796 patients who had a coronavirus infection from one to six months \u0000ago. Of the 796 surveyed, 112 participants had disorders of carbohydrate metabolism (hereinafter – DCM) \u0000(14.1%): 9.8% (78 people) were newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (D2t) of the total sample, prediabetes \u0000– 4.2% (33 people), type 1 diabetes – 0.1% (1 person). Previously diagnosed D2t was observed in 0.5% (4 \u0000participants) of the total sample of patients. Viral pneumonia was significantly more common in patients \u0000with DCM, compared with the group without DCM (45.5% vs. 19.1%, p<0.001). In the group of lung injuries, \u0000DCM were observed with greater frequency, including D2t, the probability of which in the presence of lung \u0000damage increased by 3.7 times (95% CI: 2.04 – 6.67). \u0000Thus, the prevalence of newly detected DCM after COVID-19 was 14.1%, and the more severe the coronavirus \u0000infection, the more likely the DCM will develop in the future. \u0000The study was carried out as part of the project of the Department of Health of the city of Moscow \u0000"Scientific laboratory "Moscow polyclinic". \u0000For citation: Markova T.N., Anchutina A.A., Garib V.Yu., Yalochkina T.O., The prevalence of carbohydrate \u0000metabolism disorders in patients after coronavirus infection. This article continues the series of reviews of innovative clinical developments related to drug therapy for leading cancers following the ASCO-2022 Annual Congress. This time we are seeing the results of therapy for early triple negative breast cancer (hereinafter referred to as TNR) is a consequence of the fact that TNR accounts for 15–20% of cases of all breast cancers, while it is the subtype of breast cancer (hereinafter referred to as BC), for which the choice of treatment methods \u0000is significantly limited. In Russia, state tasks have been set within the framework of the Federal project “Fight against cancer”, \u0000which provide for a significant reduction in mortality from neoplasms, including by improving the quality \u0000and effectiveness of drug treatment. \u0000Materials and methods. This scientific review is based on the results of a search in the databases of the digital educational platform MEDtalks.nl, PubMed/Medline and Google. Dictionary forms were used in the search strings: "kanker", "vroeg stadium", "triple negatief", "mammacarcinoom", "clinical trials", "ASCO-2022" and others in Dutch and English. \u0000Results and conclusion. The results presented in this article once again substantiate the prospects for further determination of algorithms for biomarker-personalized immunotherapy (in particular, pembrolizumab) as part of the combined antitumor treatment of RMZHER–/PR–/HER2– at early stages. Radiogenomics/radioproteomics technologies are a prime example of low-cost diagnostic tools that allow promptly suggesting a personalized tumor portrait in the period before biopsy. Further improvement of clinical oncoinformatics technologies (rather large arrays of omics data have already been accumulated) will contribute to a better understanding of programs for individualized choice of differentiated therapy for cancer patients, including patients with RMZHER–/PR–/HER2–. \u0000For citation: Andreev DA, Zavyalov AA. The relevance of the problem under study is due to the fact that the medical services market, like any market structure, is regulated on the basis of competition among the involved medical organizations, the interaction of supply and demand, free pricing for various nosologies in the process of selling services. The medical services market has a unique specificity: high dynamism of all processes, relatively fast capital turnover, susceptibility to changes in market conditions, a high level of differentiation of services, and unclear outcomes. In addition, in the conditions of external sanctions pressure, the priority direction of the domestic economy is the development of non-commodity exports, in particular, the export of services, which includes the export of medical services. Since 2022, the Russian Government has been paying special attention to this area. \u0000The purpose of the study: to analyze the activities of eight federal districts in the pre-crisis period, contributing to the development of the export of medical services and to identify the leading federal districts that make the greatest contribution to the development of the export of medical services. \u0000Results and conclusion. The results of the study of eight federal districts of the Russian Federation in the doskovid period showed the process of formation of exports of medical services, the number of treated foreign citizens in these districts, earned income in millions of US dollars. The Central, Ural, and Northwestern Federal Districts are leading in this process, which is the current model for the rest of the federal districts. The study demonstrates the work of federal districts – in numbers, percentages, monetary terms in conventional units. Also presented are indicators indicating an increase in the volume of exports of medical services by at least 4 times compared to 2017, which amounted to an income of 128.38 million US dollars for 2019. \u0000For citation: Petrova GD, Implementation of the federal project "Development of export of medical services" in the pre-COVID period. Polymorbidity reduces the quality of life of patients, increases the risk of functional limitations and complicates effective treatment. In some subgroups of polymorbid patients, high rates of re-hospitalization and provision of expensive medical services are observed. It should be noted that the organization of support and improvement of the effective provision of outpatient care to patients with two or more chronic diseases makes it possible to achieve positive results \u0000in treatment. In some foreign countries, there is a positive experience in providing a whole range of medical services to polymorbid patients, as well as an integrated approach to the organization of effective medical support. Such an experience with the condition of Russian adaptation can be implemented in our country. \u0000The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the application of various approaches to the organization of maintenance of polymorbid patients on the example of several countries. Based on the analysis of the activities of various centers and organizations that are engaged in the support of polymorbid patients, author's proposals for the possible organization of a Center for medical and social assistance to these patients are made. When forming the functional structure of the Center, clear coordination between various health services, social protection organizations and rehabilitation of patients with two or more chronic diseases is necessary. More attention in Russia should be paid to the development of health promotion and disease prevention programs. \u0000The proposed measures will allow to obtain a positive synergetic effect and fulfill strategic objectives: to increase life expectancy, reduce mortality, increase the active working life of the population. \u0000For citation: Medvedeva, EI, Kroshilin, SV. Carried out as part of the project of the Department of Health of the city of Moscow "Scientific laboratory" Moscow Polyclinic ". \u0000 \u0000Materials and methods. In a continuous cross-sectional screening study using a Cardiochair with a built-in electrocardiograph, in which the model of active screening of cardiac arrhythmias was implemented, all interested patients of the polyclinic took part: before seeing a doctor or receiving any medical procedure from 01/14/2022 to 08/03/2022 in KDP No. 121. \u0000 \u0000Results. The study involved 5352 patients aged 18 to 105 years: men – 1723 (32.2%), women – 3629 (67.8%). Based on the results of the analysis of the obtained ECGs, 1610 HPS were detected: sinus tachycardia in 1324 (24%), bradycardia in 25 (1.4%), ventricular extrasystole in 135 (2%), supraventricular extrasystole in 33 (2%), atrial fibrillation in 118 (2%) – permanent AF in 62 (52%), paroxysmal AF in 56 patients (48%). In addition, interval changes were recorded: PQ shortening in 762 (14%) patients, PQ prolongation in 89 (1.7%), QRS widening in 545 (10%), QTc prolongation in 387 (7%). It was found that with age, adherence to ECG screening in men decreases, in women it increases.
