The public concerns on health issues have shifted from the physical and mental health to the macro aspect of social health. To satisfy urban residents' needs on healthy life is the top priority in urban public landscape designs, and also a necessary requirement of future landscape designs. Urban park is an important public activity space, and the urgent task is to explore how to build a healthy urban park and promote public health with urban parks. Integration of community resources, consolidation of community strength and coordination of community contradictions play an important role in COVID-19 pandemic. Taking human health from the perspective of COVID-19 as the starting point, a community risk assessment standard was established using the Delphi evaluation method. The high-rise residential areas in the L community of Handan City were carried out risk assessment to find out the deficiencies of high-rise residential areas of urban community in the epidemic prevention process, and strategies were put forward to deal with the risk of community epidemic prevention, so as to provide the reference for the improvement of urban community health emergency planning and management in China. In the study, four paths of culture and tourism integration were proposed, including the integration of concepts and functions, integration of industry and market, integration of services and marketing, and cross-theoretical integration of culture and tourism. Residents' demands for improvement of community material environment and community cultural identity are increasing. Meantime, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, community resilience has become an urgent problem to be solved in urban communities. Based on resilience theory, TOD theory and other planning concepts, the paper analyzes the vulnerability of Shanghai Caoyang river ring area, and puts forward a multi-level community resilience improvement strategy, including increasing diversified public service facilities, building public pedestrian network, and reshaping public open space to improve the stability, adaptability and resilience of the community, in order to build the development path of resilient communities. The study will provide inspiration for future microrenewal of communities and promote the sustainable development of urban communities.
