Because Of High Pay Levels And Growing Demand For Manual Labour Jobs, Migrant Workers Appear To Be In All Occupations And Sectors Of The Regional Economy.The Article Also Aims To Explore And Evaluate The State's Response To The Covid 19 Crisis. Kerala's Efforts To Address The Pandemic Demonstrate That They Have Been Innovative And Exceptional. Even So, Many Immigrants Are Ignorant And Work Primarily In The Informal Or Unorganised Sector In Gulf. TheReturn Migrants Once Were The Backbone Of Kerala Economy Has Changed To A Side-Lined Community All Of A Sudden. They Are Not Organised And Are Neither In A Position To Negotiate For Their Rights Nor Labour Standards. Even After The Migration Period, The Life Of Gulf Migrants Is Filled With Troubles And Diseases; Thus, They Lead Their Lives Without The Care Of Extended Family Members Or The State. These Migrants Face Similar Social And Economic Challenges Once They Lose The Tag Of Breadwinners For The Family. The Study Exclusively Focuses On The Socio-Economic Life-Social Networks Of These Migrants Who Are Dumped By The State And Society And Excluded From Society's Socio-Cultural Frame. However, there’s bound to be a dysfunctional relationship when a system is faced with friction resulting from conflict. Also, without the right or proper peace management mechanism, it will degenerates into serious chaos. The chaos so generated, will diverts the system from pursuing and achieving its core goals and objectives. Since peace is a relative condition of security friendly climate that allows individuals and group relations to progressive order and stability. Therefore, presence of Peace does not mean the absence of conflict or war. It reflects that security friendly system that frees individuals and groups of people from fears and dangers of losing such inalienable human rights as life, liberty and property.This paper, therefore, focuses on exploring the structural view of peace, the historical origin of conflicts and crisis management in human development, the effect of COVID-19 on Nigerian economy, social and religious functions as well as the violation of COVID –19 guidelines and laws. It also attempted to examine the innovations made during the pandemic. It analyzes the techniques and methods of conflict resolution adopted overtime. The paper concludes by highlighting the impact and lesson drawn from COVID –19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":158508,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Psychology and Political Science","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133927477","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Childhood is a stage in which the physical and mental abilities of a person develop.The foundation of human development is laid in the childhood stage of man because it is the child who prepares the background for future life.In the words of Mahatma Gandhi –“children are the future of the country”, so the way the society and the country will nurture the children, provide them education, provide them values, those children in return will give the society and the country the reward accordingly. The age at which children should get good education, at that age those children work in factories, work in hotels, it is not appropriate.Child labor is such an evil that has got its feet deeply in the Indian society, from which we have not been able to get rid of it even after 74 years of independence. , in the fields,on the roads, in shops, in homes etc. places. What are the effects of oil exploration and underdevelopment to the host communities in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria? What are the remedies that can enhance oil exploration and development in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria? Also, three objectives were stated, which includes to identify the benefits of oil exploration to the Nigeria nation, to examine the effects of oil exploration to the host communities and to recommend remedies that can enhance oil exploration and development. Elite theory was adopted to theoretically analyze this work and descriptive research design method was employed. Secondary sources were used in gathering data and content analysis was adopted as data analysis technique. The study revealed the benefits of oil exploration such as economic growth, job creation, energy supply to power industries and homes, provide fuel for vehicles and air crafts etc. Also, the research work x-rayed the effects of oil production activities and the neglect of the Niger Delta region by the Nigerian stateand oil and gas industries such as environmental degradation, exploitation, unemployment, lack of social amenities, infrastructure, poverty among others. This study ‘Ethnic Cleavages in Nigeria: The Bane of Good Governance” examines the struggle between the ethnic groups for dominance, the interface between the ethnic agenda and governance, and to ascertain the persistence of misgovernance in the country. It employ qualitative content analysis to elicit data for the study. What are the root causes of misgovernance in Nigeria? Why have the ethnic groups persistently pitched themselves against each other when there are measures put in place to address ethnicity in the country? The political elite in governance explicitly andimplicitly preached the ethnic agenda which has kept us divided along ethnic line since independence, inhibiting good governance. A restructuring of governance is required to give greater fiscal autonomy and responsibility to the federating units, and a new constitution that will be a product of the people, define the way we co-exist must be put in place, as well as a viable, persistent and engaging civil society to address the menace of ethnicity in Nigeria.","PeriodicalId":158508,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Psychology and Political Science","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115798707","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
