This paper firstly gives and proves a sufficient and necessary condition of achieving the affine localizability. Then, under the $(d+1)$ -reachable condition of the given d-dimensional nominal formation with $d+1$ leaders, a formation of agents can be reshaped in arbitrary dimension by only controlling these leaders. In the sequel, a novel distributed control method for the followers with single-integrator dynamics is proposed to achieve the desired time-varying maneuvers, and the global stability is also proved. Corresponding simulations are carried out to verify the theoretical results, which show that these followers are tracking the time-varying references accurately and continuously.","PeriodicalId":158442,"journal":{"name":"2018 37th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"141 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121214893","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, modeling and simulation of the fluidic system in liquid-circular angular accelerometer is presented. A new train of thought is offered that the fluidic system of angular accelerometer can be equivalent to a rigid system. Based on it, a mass-spring-damper (MSD) model in state space form is established considering the compressibility of the fluid mass in the circular tube. In order to test the proposed model and determine the parameters including the degree of freedom, the stiffness and the damping coefficient, the SimMechanics library of the MATLAB software is selected to simulate. The simulation results indicate that the MSD model shows a good agreement with the previous transient flow model which our group has proved to predict the real fluidic system.","PeriodicalId":158442,"journal":{"name":"2018 37th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114108720","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After recalling the classical exponential function, the Mittag-Leffler function is introduced as a generalization. Then, the cosine function and sine function are extended to the fractional order case. With the introduction of nabla discrete time case, a corresponding exponential function is defined. By using the $N$-transform, the discrete time cosine function and sine function are designed and analyzed both in the integer order and the fractional order cases. To solve the periodic oscillation problem, the poles are specially chosen and laid in the marginal position. Illustrative examples are provided to validate the elaborated results.","PeriodicalId":158442,"journal":{"name":"2018 37th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116300008","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, few of the existing literatures focus on this topic. In this paper, the Yushu earthquake in Qinghai Province is used as our example, and the traditional optimization model for emergency distribution is improved by incorporating an influence coefficient of plateau reaction. The problem is formulated as a multi-objective mixed integer programming model and an effective genetic algorithm is designed to solve it. Test results demonstrate that the proposed model can efficiently distribute emergency materials to the demand points within 72 hours after the earthquake.","PeriodicalId":158442,"journal":{"name":"2018 37th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114776171","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, a large scale of series-connected ultracapacitors increase the voltage variation of the DC bus, which affects the size and efficiency of the subsequent power converter stage and undermines the energy utilization of the ultracapacitor. Moreover, ultracapacitors in series-connection inevitably suffer from voltage imbalance, which limits the capacity of energy storage system by the weakest cell. To alleviate the above problems, ultracapacitor parallel-series reconfiguration is employed to reduce the voltage variation in this paper. Particularly, a synchronous equilibrium strategy based on consensus tracking control is designed for voltage balance among series-connected ultracapacitors. First, we mathematically model the ultracapacitor-based energy storage system using the state-space averaging method. Second, the law of reconfiguration and synchronous equilibrium strategy is analyzed and designed. Finally, both simulation and experiment results verify that the proposed charging strategy effectively suppresses the voltage variation of the DC bus and evidently reduces balance time during charging.","PeriodicalId":158442,"journal":{"name":"2018 37th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114847221","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Assuming the configuration is axisymmetric, the missile movement is decomposed to the lateral plane and longitudinal plane. In the lateral plane, a guidance law is proposed based on the SMC theory, which controls the impact time and the miss-distance simultaneously. In the longitudinal plane, another SMC-based guidance law is implemented to converge the line-of-sight(LOS) rate rapidly. The convergence for both the lateral and longitudinal guidance law is proved by the Lyapunov theory. Simulation results indicate that the proposed three-dimensional guidance method has high control precision for both the impact time and miss-distance. The proposed guidance method is also demonstrated to have the ability to salvo attack.","PeriodicalId":158442,"journal":{"name":"2018 37th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127702661","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the non-destructive testing of near-infrared spectra in apple SSC, BP neural network model was established on the basis of equal-spectral interval using spectral preprocessing method. First derivative, second derivative, standard normal variation (SNV) and multi-scatter calibration (MSC) spectral pretreatment methods were used. The structure of the BP neural network has sixteen inputs, the hidden layers were four layers, and contains five neurons of each layer, established by multivariate scatter correction spectroscopy has the best prediction results when the interval number is sixteen. The correlation coefficient (R) and the root mean square error (RMSE) were 0.9421 and 0.4653, respectively. Results illustrate that in near-infrared quantitative analysis, MSC is used for spectral pretreatment. After evenly dividing the spectral interval, the BP neural network is established, and the prediction accuracy is further improved and the modeling input variables are reduced.","PeriodicalId":158442,"journal":{"name":"2018 37th Chinese Control Conference (CCC)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127792370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
