At every time slot, each individual receives an external social signal which is the average of opinions of its neighbors. Then agents compare the signals with their own personal biases which are defined as the initial values that ones hold. With positive probability, the agents either accept the opinion or persuade themselves with the help of personal prejudices. The probability of acceptance is reversely proportional to the opinion discrepancy between the signal and the bias. The model is modified as a continuous opinions discrete actions (CODA) model and thus is a Markov chain taking values on a finite state space. It is verified that the chain is aperiodic and finally converges in distribution to some invariant measure. The classification of states shows that the influences of distant opinions will boost consensus while the presence of personal biases promote clustering. First establish the UGVs' kinetic model in accordance to the motion rules, then design the formation control algorithm based on artificial potential field function, which is used to control the formation during the movement of UGVs. We also investigate the convergence rate and the privacy level of the proposed PPSC protocol, and drive that if only limited information of one node is kept by its neighboring nodes, both its initial velocity and position states will be privacy-preserved. A continuous time Markov process with soot deposition mode and soot blowing mode is constructed as the mathematical model of boiler systems. In order to obtain the optimal soot blowing strategies, we propose a cost function based on the constructed boiler model, and derive the corresponding value function, which is the solution of HJB equation. In particular, the elementary properties of value function are described and proved strictly. Based on the stability of fractional order system, a modified adaptive controller and an update law of parameters are developed. The proposed scheme is global and theoretically rigorous. One example is given to illustrate effectiveness of this method, in which the synchronization between fractional order Chen system and fractional order Qi system is successfully achieved. The qDCT transforms the quantum host audio signal which is encoded as an FRQA (flexible representation of quantum audio) content from time domain to frequency domain and manipulates or modifies the high-frequency positions to embed the quantum watermark audio information into it. The strong energy compaction property of DCT is utilized in this scheme, i.e. after the DCT process to a digital audio, most of the signal information tends to be concentrated in a few low-frequency components and its high-frequency components could record some extra information like watermark audio. In the learner phase, a no-best student learns from a random selected excellent student or an excellent student learns from teacher again according the fitness of the two mutual learners. To evaluate the performance of the proposed ITLBO algorithm, comparison with TLBO algorithm, several TLBO variants (A- TLBO, WTLBO, OTLBO, TLBO-GC) for the problem is carried out. This method considers appliances' current as load feature, and establishes a mathematical model between the total current and the currents of each appliance that considers the correlation between the running states of the equipment. Then, factor hidden markov algorithm is applied to search the running states of each appliance that realizes the decomposition of power load. The experiment shows that the resolution precision of each electric equipment is improved, and the principle of the method is simple. The dynamic model of aerostat in the horizontal plane is established, and then the three order nested saturation controller is designed based on the nested saturation function. And as a result, the amplitude and rate of the actuator output are limited by the amplitude constraints of the nested function and the effectiveness of the control law is verified by simulation. The control quality is guaranteed by the state feedback controller.
