Método: Pesquisa metodológica, de caráter exploratório, para construção de algoritmo clínico fundamentado em uma revisão de escopo. Resultados: Foram encontrados 107 estudos nas bases de dados, dos quais nove foram incluídos nessa revisão. Quatro estudos são experimentais randomizados, quatro são estudos de caso e um estudo é observacional documental retrospectivo. O odor foi o sinal mais abordado, seguido de exsudato, sangramento, infecção, dermatite associada à umidade e dor. Method: Methodological research, of an exploratory nature, for the construction-production of a clinical algorithm based on the scoping review. Results: A total of 107 studies was found in the databases, nine of which were included in this review. Four studies are randomized experimental studies, four are case studies and one is retrospective documentary observational study. Odor was the most addressed sign, followed by exudate, bleeding, infection, moisture-associated dermatitis, and pain. Conclusion: Gaps were observed, such as the need for more original and experimental studies, in addition to the lack of a specific descriptor for malignant neoplastic wound. Methods: This review considered study designs, randomized clinical trials, non-randomized controlled trials, without restriction on the year of publication. An extensive search in six electronic databases (PubMed; EMBASE, Web of Science, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Clinicaltrial.gov) was performed. RevMan version 5 software was used to carry out a meta-analysis. The certainty of the evidence was analyzed using GRADE. Results: Included 10 articles, total of 514 patients, aging 5 to 80 years old. In a combined analysis of pain variables, time thinking about pain from eight studies, the result favored the use of immersive virtual reality compared to control, the Standardized Mean Difference (SMD -0.86; 95% CI -1.22 - 0.49 N = 772 I2 = 82%). Method: this is a reflective study based on the philosophical theoretical basis of phenomenology, presenting findings in the literature and the author's view on the topic addressed. Results: perception isn't simply the thing visible to the eye, but it has a meaning in relation to the subjective interpretation of the observer, with the body as the center of observation. People with ostomies have an individual perception of the changes that the ostomy can bring to their lives, and in this aspect we can make a connection with Merleau's thoughts, in which the perception of the body and the being it presents itself in a particular way from the perspective of the observer. Método: Trata-se de um estudo de reflexão fundamentado na base teórica filosófica da fenomenologia de Merleau-Ponty na literatura e a reflexão acerca da visão do autor sobre a temática abordada. Resultados: A percepção não é simplesmente a coisa visível ao olhar, mas apresenta um sentido em relação à interpretação subjetiva de quem observa, tendo o corpo como o centro da observação. Pessoas com estomias apresentam uma percepção individual das mudanças que a estomia pode trazer para suas vidas. Nesse aspecto, relacionamos as percepções com os pensamentos de Merleau, em que a percepção do corpo e do ser apresentam-se de forma particular diante da perspectiva do ser observador. Conclusão: Tal reflexão possibilitou melhor percepção dos pacientes vivendo com estomias intestinais. Eles apresentam, para cada situação que vivem, uma emoção positiva ou negativa como um reflexo da relação corpo e mente. Método: Ensaio clínico randomizado, unicego. Aplicou-se a escala de verificação do nível de adaptação da pessoa com estomia, e formaram-se dois grupos. O grupo controle recebeu atendimento convencional com profissionais do centro de referência, e o grupo intervenção obteve o acompanhamento convencional associado à intervenção complementar via telefone (três chamadas telefônicas realizadas no 20º, 40º e 60º dia após contato inicial). Ao final da intervenção, os participantes foram avaliados novamente pela escala. O recrutamento ocorreu desde o primeiro contato e contou com uma amostra de 16 participantes no grupo intervenção e 17 no grupo controle. Resultados: Notou-se semelhança nos níveis de adaptação no baseline entre os dois grupos, entretanto dados do pós-intervenção demonstraram diferença significante dos grupos no decorrer do estudo e menores valores das médias do grupo controle comparados às medidas do grupo intervenção, indicando maior nível de adaptação no grupo intervenção. Método: Pesquisa convergente-assistencial realizada de maneira virtual, no período de junho a agosto de 2021, com pessoas residentes na cidade de Macaé (RJ). Resultados: A pesquisa incluiu 16 participantes, sendo 81,25% (n = 13) do sexo feminino, com idades entre 19 e 59 anos. Na análise das entrevistas, foi possível identificar saberes e práticas equivocados sobre a prevenção e o tratamento de queimaduras, a serem discutidos neste estudo. Conclusão: Embora haja conhecimento acerca dos saberes e práticas adequados sobre prevenção e tratamento de queimaduras no ambiente domiciliar, houve identificação de práticas equivocadas que podem prejudicar o correto tratamento e prevenção de agravos. Method: Descriptive research, with a quantitative approach, was carried out in seven Basic Health Units, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The sample consisted of 27 nurses who worked in the ESF. Data analysis was performed using simple descriptive statistics, with a description of relative and absolute frequency. Results: Weaknesses were shown in the identification of aspects involving an early approach, risk factors for its development, treatment, and educational activities. Conclusion: Despite recognizing that the ESF has the resources for the treatment of uncomplicated urinary incontinence, some actions are not carried out by the nurses, such as involving the team in the care of women with this condition, prescribing exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and evaluating and carry out non-pharmacologicaltreatment, as well as the investigation of women without complaints of urinary loss. Method: Randomized, single-blind clinical trial. The verification scale of the level of adaptation of the person with ostomy was applied, and two groups were formed. The control group received conventional care with professionals from the reference center, and the intervention group received conventional follow-up associated with the complementary intervention via telephone (three phone calls on the 20th, 40th and 60th day after initial contact). At the end of the intervention, the participants were evaluated again through the scale. Recruitment occurred from the first contact and had a sample of 16 participants in the intervention group and 17 in the control group. Results: There was a similarity in the levels of adaptation at baseline between the two groups. However, post-intervention data showed a significant difference between the groups during the study and lower values of the means of the control group compared to the measures of the intervention group, demonstrating a higher level of adaptation in the intervention group. Costa","doi":"10.30886/estima.v21.1368_pt","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30886/estima.v21.1368_pt","url":null,"abstract":"Objetivo:Analisar a atuação dos enfermeiros da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) no manejo clínico da incontinência urinária em mulheres numa área de planejamento do município do Rio de Janeiro (RJ). Método:Pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa, realizada em sete Unidades Básicas de Saúde, no município do Rio de Janeiro. A amostra foi composta de 27 enfermeiros que atuavam na ESF. A análise dos dados deu-se por meio de estatística descritiva simples, com descrição de frequência relativa e absoluta. Resultados: Evidenciaram-se fragilidades na identificação dos aspectos que envolvem a abordagem precoce, os fatores de risco para o seu desenvolvimento, o tratamento e as atividades educativas. Conclusão: Apesar de se reconhecer que a ESF possui os recursos para o tratamento da incontinência urinária não complicada, algumas ações não são realizadas pelo enfermeiro, como envolver a equipe no cuidado das mulheres com esse acometimento, prescrever exercícios de fortalecimento do assoalho pélvico e avaliar e realizar o tratamento não farmacológico, bem como a investigação das mulheres sem queixa de perda urinária.
