It is stated that a new technique for road transport in the field of monitoring its working condition is the creation of information systems for organizational and functional support of rolling stock operation processes with the help of information integration, namely the stages of the life cycle of rolling stock and systems for its technical control and diagnostics. It is shown that nowadays in road transport the basis of life cycle information support can be CALS or IPV/CALS/PLM - technologies (continuous support of the life cycle of vehicles), which are sometimes called product information support systems and are a part of intelligent transport systems. The analysis and clarification of the structure of the intelligent vehicle monitoring system was carried out on the example of the assessment of its environmental safety and its engine parameters. In the work, it is also planned to obtain experimental data from vehicle, the results of processing of which will allow to prove the existence of a real possibility of using the diagnostic complex on a modern automatic transmission system. It should be noted that the system for monitoring environmental safety indicators of vehicle, which is proposed by the authors, also contains in its composition the subsystem of intelligent processing of primary information, which can be used precisely in the role of "intelligent monitoring system". The data obtained and analyzed in the work indicate the need to also improve the efficiency of the neutralization of harmful substances in the engine warm-up mode, which can be implemented by reducing the engine warm-up time and more effective control of the injection/ignition process in transient modes, as well as by introducing an improvement algorithm of the control subsystem composition of the mixture precisely with feedback. \u0000The main diagnostic parameters of the vehicle engine during the start-up and warm-up processes, which affect the composition of harmful substances in the exhaust gases, were obtained experimentally. The relevance of the development of the technology of metal casting in sand molds, as the most common casting process, is justified by the fact that up to 80 % of the tonnage of castings is produced in such molds, including special types of casting in molds from sand materials. 60-70 % of the equipment capacities, areas, and personnel of foundry shops are attributed to molding processes, including mixing and rod production. Pollution "due to the mold" can reach up to 80%. A significant potential for the development of foundry mold technology is the improvement of the processes of casting metal into molds made of loose sand without a binding component, in particular, according to the Lost Foam Casting Process (LFC). The authors present the concept of improving the processes of casting metal into molds made of loose sand by the method of dual application of molding materials and give examples of such application. The use of loose molding sand for rapid cooling of the casting, including heat treatment, is able to strengthen its metal and reduce the duration of cooling of the casting in the mold, which leads to an increase in the productivity of foundries without increasing the number of furnace equipment and loose mold filler. The applied method of isothermal hardening (austempering) from the hot state of castings from iron-carbon alloys excludes heating with exposure for austenization of castings, which reduces the cost, time and energy consumption of obtaining products with a strengthened bainite structure, which, in fact, corresponds to the concept of realizing internal reserves as a foundry sand mold, and cast metal. It is shown that they are based on the misconception that traction forces and rolling resistance forces are applied in the spots of contact of the wheels with the road. The research shows that installing a towing link on a tractor self-propelled chassis through the rear suspension system at a level below the axis of the rear wheels (the diameter of which is larger in relation to the diameter of the front wheels) allows reducing the additional unloading of the front wheels. A more correct scheme of the tractor unit with the application of the traction force and the rolling resistance force on the wheel axles is calculated, which determines the increase in the total normal reaction on the front wheels of the tractor self-propelled chassis when working with the towing link. It is shown that an increase in the difference in the dynamic radii of the front and rear wheels, a decrease in the vertical coordinate of the center of mass of the tractor unit leads to an increase in the normal reaction of the road on the front wheels. Since the controllability of wheeled machines increases with the growth of the normal reaction on the front wheels, the presence of towing links with the attachment point located below the axis of the rear driving wheel increases the controllability of the tractor unit based on the self-propelled chassis. The problem of determining the total normal reaction of the road on the front wheels of a tractor self-propelled chassis with a trailing link in the case of application of the traction force and the force of movement resistance on the wheel axles has been solved. To increase the accuracy of finding the total normal reaction of the road on the front wheels of the tractor self-propelled chassis, which will allow to clarify the assessment of the controllability of the latter when moving with a towed link. Increasing the difference in the dynamic radii of the wheels and reducing the base of the tractor self-propelled chassis allows you to increase the value of the total normal reaction of the road on the wheels in relation to the horizontal reaction in the hinge of the axle of the trailer link. It was determined that the operation of the tractor self-propelled chassis with trailing links is characterized by a higher efficiency factor of its chassis compared to a universal tractor of class 0.6 and higher efforts under the condition that its front platform is loaded.

One of the ways to increase the effectiveness of the system of technical support of troops is the use of armored repair and evacuation vehicles. \u0000It is possible to increase the technical capabilities of armored repair and evacuation vehicles by modernizing existing models, or creating qualitatively new vehicles that take into account the specifics of use and characteristic combat damage of modern weapons and military equipment, the type of engine of the military vehicle, its weight and dimensions and other characteristics. \u0000Improvement and modernization of armored repair and evacuation vehicles allows to ensure their effectiveness. Armored repair and evacuation vehicles demonstrate high efficiency when carrying out operations to extract or lift damaged or stuck, blocked, bogged down, sunken military equipment. In these cases, the traction force of the armored recovery vehicle's own engine is used or its own specialized means of evacuation: crane winches, polyspatch systems, crane booms together with power hydraulic cylinders of their drive, levers, other evacuation equipment. \u0000Features of the lifting and loading equipment include such modes of operation as lifting loads from a solid surface, detaching the load from a viscous surface, dragging at different angles to the support surface, and getting stuck. \u0000The most difficult in terms of dynamic overloads of all elements of the hydraulic manipulator is the mode of partial immersion and dense sticking of the load in clay soil, when after separation from it, the load under the action of the forces of elastic deformations of the suspension flies up to the height of a significant relaxation of the suspension and reaching the upper point, where its speed is zero, falls down on an elastic suspension. The movement of armored vehicles (AMT) of the National Guard of Ukraine involves movement both on public roads and off-road. The possibility of increasing cross-country ability by ensuring optimal pressure distribution in the tires of the wheels is being considered. The increase in bearing capacity in difficult operating conditions can be estimated with the help of modern mathematical tools. This allows the vehicle equipment of the National Guard of Ukraine to study the cross-country ability and select optimal parameters when performing service and combat tasks with a certain ratio of technical characteristics in different operating conditions. \u0000As a result of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, more serious technical requirements are imposed on the vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) than in peacetime. \u0000Among these requirements, maneuverability is in the first place - controllability is ensured by the ability to move at high speed over rough terrain. \u0000The patency of the AMT of the National Guard of Ukraine depends on many factors, the main ones of which are: the type and quality of the surface on which movement takes place, the pressure in the tires of the wheels, the weight of the vehicle, the order of passing the route of the convoy, etc. \u0000The central air pressure control system in wheel tires (SRPRS) is widely used in various variants of automotive equipment with high traffic intensity, but the main disadvantage of such systems is the need to minimize tire pressure to improve cross-country ability on load-bearing surfaces with low load-bearing capacity. This tolerance can cause the tire to slip off the rim, overheat or burst. This is due to the fact that the maximum speed is limited due to the risk of system failure. \u0000It is recommended to determine the influence of various factors in order to ensure the required level of support patency and analyze it using the example of the KrAZ-SPARTAN armored car with a 4×4 wheel formula.

Cold weather poses two main problems for electric vehicles: cold air limits battery performance, and the robo-heater significantly drains the battery. Studies have shown that 21.5 degrees is the optimal temperature for the operation of an electric car battery. Because an average of 21.5 degrees Celsius is the most optimal temperature when it comes to the range of an electric car. This actually prolongs its operation. At 21.5 degrees, the electric car's temperature system does not work, so energy is used for its movement. At -20°C, an electric car loses an average of 50% of its battery charge range. At -10 – 40%, at 0 – 20%. When the temperature is +10o C, the real driving distance of the electric car corresponds to 100% charging of the battery. At +21 o C, the real distance can be increased to 15%. When it is +40oC, the performance of the battery drops significantly to 80%, and the rate of charge rapidly decreases as the temperature increases. The energy consumption of electric vehicles is largely influenced by weather factors. Studies have shown the influence of ambient temperature and wind speed on energy consumption. The results show that at low speeds (30 km/h) the relative influence of ambient temperature is extremely high. The lowest energy consumption is achieved at a temperature of 20° C. At higher speeds (130 km/h), the relative influence of the temperature of the external environment is much lower. In order to solve the problem of transport oversaturation of public transportation systems, the foreign experience of limiting the use of individual vehicles on the street and road network of cities was analyzed. The main directions of restrictions on the use of individual vehicles on the street and road network of cities have been established, including restrictions on the operation of individual vehicles depending on the number of passengers in the cabin, the digital configuration of the state license plate, and the presence of vehicle certification. Methods of limiting the operation of individual vehicles in the busy part of the city were also considered. These measures are aimed at reducing the intensity of traffic in cities and increasing the filling factor of the vehicle interior.
