Guillot","doi":"10.11648/j.ajmie.20230801.12","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.11648/j.ajmie.20230801.12","url":null,"abstract":": In industrial settings, it is customary to employ at least a three-passes welding for 9.525 mm-thick welded samples, which results in increased angular distortion and longitudinal/transversal deformation. This study outlines the optimized welding parameters for a butt-welded joint V groove with a 60-degree bevel angle and a 2.5 mm root face, utilizing a single pass, on a 9.525 mm thick sample. The present investigation involved the development of a 3D computational model to examine the thermal characteristics and distortion distribution during the process of gas metal arc welding of the aluminium alloy 6061-T6. The present paper employed the Taguchi methodology to compute the thermal behaviour technique using orthogonal arrays, a well-established Design of Experiments (DOE) approach for finite element analysis (FEA). Additionally, an artificial neural network (ANN) model was employed to forecast distortion and stress. The study produced 3D surface graphs and contour plots to clarify the correlation between welding parameters, stress, and distortion. Following the determination of optimized parameters through finite element analysis (FEA), experimental tests were conducted to compare and validate the FEA outcomes. It can be utilised in a fuel cell to produce electrical energy which is a sustainable alternative to conventional energy sources. This paper focuses on the design process of an alkaline water electrolyzer for the production of hydrogen through the electrolysis of water. A single cell, zero-gap, unipolar alkaline water electrolyzer, operating with 30 wt.% KOH solution as electrolyte is designed for a capacity of about 306 g of water. The design of the cell geometry was modified to enable improved hydrogen production. In fact, the vibration is caused by the radial electromagnetic force of SRM. The electromagnetic field numerical calculation software Magnet can simulate the direction of radial electromagnetic force. In addition, the Maxwell stress method was used to deduce the judgment rule of the direction of radial electromagnetic force in an experiment of measuring the flux distribution of SRM stator model. The finished test results confirmed the calculation results of Magnet software. On this basis, using the pressure of liquid cooling medium to reduce the radial electromagnetic force, a new type of switched reluctance motor stator structure is designed by immersing the whole stator with a moving fluid formed by the evaporative cooling liquid medium. It is proved by ANSYS and ANSYS Workbench software that under the effect of temperature difference, the evaporative cooling medium flows at a certain velocity field which strengthened the liquid pressure and the liquid pressure of the evaporative cooling medium counteract the radial electromagnetic force, and meanwhile weaken the vibration caused by it. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are being solved: the formation of industrial policy at the current stage of the scientific and technological process; models of added value in integration processes; the European research project of digitalization. The formation of industrial policy is impossible without establishing relationships between subjects and requires the creation or change of institutions that determine the rights of economic agents and form incentives for their economically active behavior. Industrial clusters are one of the forms of associations that allow reconciling the conflicting interests of economic entities. In each country with competitive clusters, their formation and development took into account the specific socio-economic, geographical, and political characteristics of the territories. In this regard, when assessing the possibility of using the cluster approach in the regions of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to identify positive and negative factors for its implementation. The analysis of the textile production enterprises data for several years has shown that there are real opportunities to restore the prestige of the textile industry of Kazakhstan for the production of demanded volumes of the studied industry. And if we take the necessary measures to increase the volume of export products, then, accordingly, it will lead to a decrease in the volume of imported products. Consortia of RK producers have become one of the forms of implementation of the principle. The newest system promotes the development of small and medium-sized businesses, the creation of domestic industries with high added value. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: - analysis of trends in the development of light industry in Kazakhstan at the present stage of scientific and technological progress; construction of a quarterly predictive model in the system of macroeconomics; setting the task of digitalizing the development of human capital using the developments of Kazakhstani scientists; models of added value in the integration processes of modernization of light industry in Kazakhstan. In the reproduction process of goods and services, three types of social relations emerge, which arise as a consequence of the development of the productive forces of the human capital in three spheres of its expedient activity. These are the areas of development: macroeconomic policy, structural policy, assessment of the regulatory impact on the economy, both from the side of macroeconomic policy and from the side of structural policy. Kazakhstan has all the prerequisites for the development of light industry – state support, basic production, human resources. To date, the production facilities of textile production have been modernized and can produce high-quality textile products. Kazakhstan's textile products meet the requirements of generally accepted international standards and regulations, which makes it possible to trade in foreign markets. The relevance of the formation of digital strategic management is confirmed by the growth of the information and communication sector of the economy on a global scale. Capturing maximum energy from the sun by applying photovoltaic solar technology is challenging. A limited feature that affect the solar energy harvest of such technology include the photovoltaic material, topographical area of solar irradiances, surrounding temperature and climate, the angle of sun and orientation of the panel. This work presents an automated and low-cost irradiance-temperature (W/m2) logging meter, Low-Cost Sensor (Pyranometer) to measure Solar Irradiance in Nsukka, Nigeria. The core distinctive of this device is the low-cost of all its mechanisms. The design of this device is grounded on by means of temperature sensor DHT11 and phototransistor PT202C. This design was implemented for the periods of 90 days along with standard pyranometer and thermometer installed to two 250 watts photovoltaic (PV) solar panel similar at University of Nigeria, Nsukka. This device enhanced sensitiveness to solar irradiance, permitting a brilliant feedback of the device in a range from approximately 250 to 1200 x10-9 m.
