The Annual Members' Meeting is an annual agenda as a media for management to be accountable for their performance for one year. The chairman of the cooperative is the highest structural position of the administrator who has duties and responsibilities both inside and outside the cooperative in controlling all cooperative activities. The process of electing the chairman of the Padre Pio Parish Savings and Loans Association cooperative is still being carried out only by pointing to and mentioning someone's name from among the names of the management and then conveying it to members to approve. The determination of the chairman which is carried out using the arbitrary model is not in accordance with the terms and criteria of an optimal cooperative chairman because the elected chairman is not necessarily the most competent of the candidates and often happens just because of friendship so the results are not objective. With the reasons described, the researcher applied the MOORA method. The application of the MOORA method to the election of the chairman of the Padre Pio Helvetia Medan Parish Independent Savings and Loans cooperative can help determine a more objective chairman based on terms and criteria by solving problems through complex mathematical calculations, determining the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process which will select the alternative that has been given. In this study the criteria determined consisted of background and educational level, certificate ownership, age, and length of time being a member. In the objective approach, the weight value is calculated mathematically so that it ignores the subjectivity of the decision maker. With the application of the MOORA method, several alternatives that meet the requirements and criteria can be determined which is the best to serve as chairman. The best ranking results are those who are most worthy of being the head of a more objective cooperative.","PeriodicalId":15605,"journal":{"name":"Journal Of Computer Networks, Architecture and High Performance Computing","volume":"50 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79797117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the medical field, particularly in infusion procedures, this is the most commonly used device. The function of infusion is to administer fluids or medication into the body through an intravenous route at a constant rate for a specific period. Infusion is performed for patients who urgently need medication or require a continuous and slow administration of fluids due to dehydration. However, during implementation in the field, issues may arise due to a lack of medical personnel and nursing errors, especially considering the ongoing Covid-19 conditions. An automated infusion monitoring device is one of the solutions created to ease the nursing process by monitoring and regulating the infusion flow rate through a monitor that displays real-time fluid volume in the nurse's area. The author employs an Arduino Mega 2560 as the data reader, a Load Cell sensor to measure the weight of the fluid in the infusion, a Servo to control the infusion flow rate, and an ESP module to connect to the server","PeriodicalId":15605,"journal":{"name":"Journal Of Computer Networks, Architecture and High Performance Computing","volume":"42 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79461406","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a processed food product made from soybeans, white tofu contains protein and high water content so it is very good for the growth of spoilage microorganisms. As a result, tofu is not durable and easily damaged. Damage to white tofu is characterized by a sour and slimy odor. The usual preservation methods for traders include soaking tofu in formalin to make tofu more resistant to decay, resistant to microorganisms, and maintaining its freshness for up to seven days. Formalin to prevent unwanted things. In food Because of the above problems, there needs to be special treatment against excessive use of formalin in food in Indonesia. Formalin should be limited within International Chemical Safety Programme (IPCS) limits for adult foods containing formaldehyde. And also sensors made of polymeric materials combined with activated carbon to detect formalin in food. The development of technology continues with the development of internet products from things that can communicate with each other through the internet. Then a tool was developed to solve the above problem. As part of the research, a formaldehyde detection device will be made in tofu food with a monitoring telegram. The system uses HCHO sensors and a Node MCUESP 32 microcontroller, which is then transmitted through a database that allows you to view through the LCD screen and the Telegram Android smartphone application, of which of course many applications are installed to facilitate this. Users are able to check formalin plates remotely via an internet network connection.","PeriodicalId":15605,"journal":{"name":"Journal Of Computer Networks, Architecture and High Performance Computing","volume":"41 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89793524","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, housing conditions in many cities are slightly alarming, while housing is a primary need for the community. Selecting housing for low-income people (LIP) that meets the criteria required by LIP is not an easy task. Because most of the decisions people made did not utilize detailed information. Therefore, a recommendation system for LIP is required. This study aims to develop the housing selection recommendation system for LIP that best suits their wishes. This study integrated two multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods: the Best Worst (BW) method, which has fewer pairwise comparisons compared to other MCDM methods for selecting criteria and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method for determining housing recommendations for LIP according to their wishes. Based on the analysis results, ten criteria dominate the housing selection for LIP sequentially: Location, Land Size, Down Payment, Public Facilities, Price, Booking Fee, Home Design, House Specifications, House Quality, and Home Ownership Credit. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis results showed that the robustness score of this approach was high. The model could recommend housing for LIP that best suits their wishes.","PeriodicalId":15605,"journal":{"name":"Journal Of Computer Networks, Architecture and High Performance Computing","volume":"1998 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82514854","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
