Various environmental and physiological effects accompany or disassemble, influence their fullness and performance. As such, its production as well as its conservation is linked to a constant presence of the tooth. Bone resorption in the socket after dental extraction is an undesirable natural and physiological occurrence, which often makes it difficult to place a dental implant in the selected position. The use of bone grafts has the function of creating a matrix in which the coagulated blood will form and enable the healing process. Xenografts are biomaterials of animal origin, they are deproteinized totally eliminating the organic component and avoiding immunogenicity. The present study aimed to evaluate the influence of equatorial graft on the speed of technical repair as preparation for rehabilitation with osseointegrated implants. This paper presents a case report of a patient who underwent tooth extraction, with immediate placement of equine xenograft and radiographic follow-up for recent days. Bone of equine origin when reproduced in bovine origin and ovine was the one that most showed similarity with human bone tissue, in relation to visual roughness, also related to porosity. Through radiographic follow-up, it was possible to evaluate if the equine xenograft is effective in bone neoformation in the socket after extraction and grafting. Further research should be performed with computed tomography to better evaluate the efficacy of equine xenograft.

It can be safely performed bedside. This has resulted in decline in the use of surgical tracheostomy except in few selected cases. Over the last 10 years data on newer methods of insertion, timing, safety profile and complication rates has been published, which has greatly improved our understanding of this procedure [2]. The most common indication of tracheostomy in the ICU is the need for prolonged ventilation. Less complication occur with an increase in skills. Many methods of performing PDT have been discovered recently [3]. Bronchoscopy has been found to be beneficial procedural aides the PDT [4]. In our study, a brief overview about the use of PDT in ICU and, different percutaneous techniques will be discussed. The conclusion is that percutaneous tracheostomies offer benefits for some of the outcomes when compared with surgical tracheostomies.

The anterior tooth, involving enamel and dentin, is the most frequent tooth affected, in which the coral fractures represents 65-75% of all dental traumas.1‒3 According to a review, for the permanent dentition the crown fractures without pulp exposure is the most common injury described in most studies.4 Also, the maxillary central incisor is the most frequently affect teeth.4,5 One of the post-traumatic complications, with and without pulp exposure, is the tooth discoloration caused by intrapulpal hemorrhage, in which the bloody degradation byproducts (such as hemosiderin, hemine, hematin and hematoidin) penetrates into the dentinal tubules staining the dentin structure.6,7 Yellow discoloration can also be correlated to pulp obliteration, another dental trauma sequel.6 The darker color, in these cases, is related to the decrease in translucence due to a greater thickness of dentin that were deposited as a response to the trauma.8,9 In cases where no pulp necrosis or signs of infection is detected, by radiographic evaluation, clinical examination and clinical signs and symptoms, the recommendation is to follow the patient without any endodontic intervention.8

In this pilot study conducted in\u0000the Terai region of Nepal we determine the prevalence of voice disorders in primary level school teachers and aetiological factors\u0000associated with it.\u0000Subjects and Methods: One hundred and thirty-seven teachers of primary level Government school of Morang district, Nepal\u0000irrespective of age and sex were enrolled in this study from December 2015 to November 2016 in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology\u0000and Head and Neck, Nobel Medical College and Teaching Hospital, Biratnagar, Nepal. All were subjected to detail history, clinical\u0000examination including indirect laryngoscopy(IL) and flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscopy(NPL). Informed consent and ethical\u0000clearance was taken from the ethical board.\u0000Observation: Out of 137 teachers included in study the sex, age, teaching experience, materials used in classroom, noise, habits of\u0000teachers were studied in regards to prevalence of voice disorder and vocal nodule. Prevalence of voice disorders was (47%) and\u0000vocal nodule was (12%). There was strong statistical significance with gender, teaching experience, tobacco use and noise in class\u0000room with P value of < 0.05. Whereas increasing age of teachers has weak relation but significant P = 0.049.\u0000Conclusion: This study shows a high prevalence of voice disorders among teachers. There are various risk factors which are\u0000associated with it, some are non-modifiable such as age, gender. Some are modifiable such as tobacco use, noise in class-room and\u0000teaching duration.
