{"title":"اثر ریزوبیوم و مایکوریزا بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک، عملکرد و ویژگی کیفی لوبیا چیتی در شرایط کمآبیاری","authors":"نیر حضرتی گجلار, جلال جلیلیان, علیرضا پیرزاد","doi":"10.22059/JCI.2018.261205.2059","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22059/JCI.2018.261205.2059","url":null,"abstract":"با توجه به نیاز بالای یونجه به آب، تحقیق در مورد نقش انواع کودهای آلی-زیستی و شیمیایی در تعدیل اثر تنش کم آبیاری حائز اهمیت میباشد، لذا این آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوی در دو سال زراعی (1394 و 1395) انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل آبیاری }آبیاری در حد ظرفیت زراعی (شاهد)، آبیاری در 80 درصد ظرفیت زراعی، آبیاری در60 درصد ظرفیت زراعی{ و منابع مختلف کودی در شش سطح }میکوریزا، نیتروکسین، ورمیکمپوست، کود مرغی، کود شیمیایی NPK (توصیه شده بر اساس آزمون خاک) و تیمار بدون مصرف کود (شاهد)} بود. نتایج تجزیه مرکب دادهها نشان داد که تیمار آبیاری اثر معنیدار بر عملکرد علوفه، کلروفیلa ، b و کلروفیل کل، پرولین، کارتنوئیدها، کربوهیدراتهای محلول و فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد کود زیستی میکوریزا در شرایط آبیاری کامل عملکردی معادل کاربرد کود شیمیایی داشت ولی در هر دو شرایط کم آبیاری به طور میانگین منجر به افزایش 18/10 درصدی عملکرد علوفه در مقایسه با تیمار کاربرد کود شیمایی گردید. سایر تیمارهای کودی از نظر تأثیر بر عملکرد علوفه، روند متفاوتی در سطوح مختلف آبیاری نشان دادند بطوریکه در شرایط آبیاری در 60 درصد ظرفیت زراعی تیمارهای کودی ورمیکمپوست، مرغی، شیمیایی و شاهد در یک گروه آماری قرار گرفتند. لذا با توجه به مضرات استفاده از کودهای شیمایی میتوان کود زیستی میکوریزا را که دارای سودمندی اکولوژیکی و زیست محیطی میباشد در زراعت یونجه بکار برد.","PeriodicalId":154871,"journal":{"name":"JWSS - Isfahan University of Technology","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129431195","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Besides several plant viruses transmit by this pest such as cucumber mosaic virus and watermelon mosaic virus. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of cotton aphid feeding on some physiological parameters that are involved in plant resistance in four varieties of cucumber plants (Delta, Super Domino, 2201 and hybrid Luna). This experiment was done as factorial biased on completely randomize design with three replication. The results revealed that the amount of phenol, soluble sugar and sucrose were increased as plants were exposed to cotton aphid and Delta had the greatest amount of increase among cultivars tested. Also, the amount of photosynthetic pigments, starch, soluble proteins and concentrations of iron, copper, zinc and manganese were significantly decreased by feeding of aphid. According to the results of this research it can be concluded that different cultivars have different reactions to the damage of cotton aphid and phenol, proline, soluble sugars and sucrose content of plants were increased in response to the cotton aphid damage. {"title":"Effect of slow-release fertilizer and humic acid application on New Guinea impatiens (Impatiens haawkeri “Divine Scarlet Red”) transplant production quality","authors":"L. Mohammadi, S. In this regard, a factorial experiment designed based on CRD with three replications on New Guinea impatiens in greenhouse. Treatments were slow release fertilizer (12-11-18-2.7MgO-8S) at 5 levels (0, 1.5, 3, 4.5 and 6 kg/m3) and humic acid at three levels (0, 2 and 4 kg/m3), mixed with substrate. The F1 seeds of New Guinea impatiens planted in plug trays consisting of 50% peat moss, 40% perlite and 10% rice husk (v/v) as medium. After 70 days, traits such as transplant height, number of leaves, shoot diameter, total fresh and dry weight of shoots and roots, chlorophyll content and leaf nutrient concentration was evaluated. Results showed that the highest transplant height (4.38 cm) was observed in applying 3 kg/m3 of slow-release fertilizer mixed with 4 kg/m3 of humic acid, the greatest stem diameter (3 mm) was observed in 4.5 kg/m3 of slowrelease fertilizer treatment and the highest number of leaves (18.9) was observed in 3 kg/m3 of slow-release fertilizer treatment. It seems that slow-release fertilizer increased nutrient elements efficiency and decreased their leaching from the substrate and also, humic acid increased plant nutrient uptake during transplant production. {"title":"Effects of thidiazuron application on size, quality and storage life of physalis (Physalis peruviana L.) fruit in hydroponic system","authors":"Bahman Ghasemi, S. A. Due to its pleasant taste and medicinal properties, it has recently found many fans in Iran, and has been considered as a valuable and expensive fruit. This research, arranged as completely randomized design with three replications, was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations of Thidiazuron (0, 20 and 40 mg/L) on size and some qualitative characteristics of physalis fruits. The obtained results showed that fruit size and fresh weight were significantly increased (P≤0.01) at 20 and 40 mg/L trestments as compared to the control. The electrical conductivity, total soluble solids (TSS) and lycopene content of fruits decreased with increasing concentration of Thidiazuron (P≤0.01). Also, increasing Thidiazuron concentrations from 20 to 40 mg/L led to significantly increasing (P≤0.01) fruit maturity time (7 and 11 days, respectively). On the other hand, it was observed that storage life of the fruits was significantly increased (P≤0.01) by increasing the Thidiazuron concentration. The untreated fruits showed the least shelf life (11 days) at room temperature, while fruits treated with 20 and 40 mg/L Thidiazuron had higher shelf life (22 and 28 days, respectively). Treatments were two wheat cultivars of Tajan (sensitive to salt stress) and Bam (resistant to salt stress), five levels of salt stress (1.3 (control), 6, 8, 10 and 12 dS/m) and two N-fertilizer levels (75 and 150 kg N/ha). Results indicated that in all salinity treatments, 150 kg N/ha increased the RWC, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, soluble proteins content of leaves and SOD activity and decreased the MDA content and yield of both studied genotypes.
