Rapidly progressive renal dysfunction and accelerated hypertension remains the hallmark for scleroderma renal crisis in patients of Systemic sclerosis. Here we present a case of 38 year old male patient who presented with clinical signs of systemic sclerosis and unexplained renal dysfunction associated with hypertension.
