The large number of losses that occur in the world of capital markets makes this research important. The results of this study provide information that earnings per share (eps) and dividend per share (DPS) in a company have an important role in providing information to investors. Good earnings per share and dividend per share show that the company has good financial performance. This is supported by the results of the multiple linear regression analysis methods which state that earnings per share (eps) and dividend per share (DPS) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test F and test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. The food and beverage sector is a sector where companies in Indonesia produce value- cadded products. Growth in this sector in Indonesia is supported by basic human needs for food and beverages, large populations, greater income and higher spending on high-rise middle-class food. Based on SPSS calculation results obtained F value count of 13,211 with a sig value of 0.043. This indicates that the value F count is greater than the value of the table F ((13,211 > 4,07) and the value is significantly smaller than the alpha value (0.043 < 0.05). Thus Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It means that DPR, net profit and EPS jointly influence the value of the company in food an beverage industry in stock exchange on periode 2014-2018. As for the advice that the authors can give in this research is as follows for the company should further increase the value of financial ratios that affect the increase in the stock price. For investors, can use the variable DPS, net profit and EPS together to see the feasibility of investing and investors can see from other variables that affect a partial to the stock price. For the development of science, this research can provide additional knowledge as a source of information and as a donation of thought in developing financial management disciplines. Artinya secara gabungan UMKM menyerap sekitar 97% tenaga kerja nasional, sementara Usaha Besar hanya menyerap sekitar 3% dari total tenaga kerja nasional. Sehingga menyiapkan mahasiswa sebagai tenaga siap kerja di industri ini menjadi sangat menantang. Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umumdan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai variabel interveningdi Tanjung Jabung Timur selama periode tahun 2004 sampai tahun 2017 dapatdisimpulkan secara simultan Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum danbelanja modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi diTanjung Jabung Timur. Sedangkan jika dilihat secara parsial semua variabel mempengaruhiPertumbuhan Ekonomi. Kontribusi pengaruh langsung Pendapatan Asli Daerahterhadap Belanja Modal nilainya besar dan positif, dan jika dilihat kontribusipengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap belanja Modal nilainya lebih besar danpositif dari pada nilai kontribusi pengaruh langsung. PKO dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen afektif. Karyawan yang mempunyai kepuasan kerja dan komitmen afektif yang tinggi akan memunculkan sikap positif terhadap organisasi, sehingga memunculkan kesadaran akan sikap dan perilaku positif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses pengujian hipotesis dan memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional yang dimediasi oleh komitmen afektif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan melalui proses penyebaran kuesioner pada karyawan PLN Corporate University dengan sampel sebanyak 210 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis yang dikembangkan oleh Baron dan Kenney (1986). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, Koefisien Determinasi serta pengujian statistic dengan uji t dan uji F. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik full sampling, sebanyak 26 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (3,427 > 2,06866) atau sig < α (0,002 < 0,05). Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (4,002 > 2,06866) atau sig < α (0,001 < 0,05). Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai yaitu dapat dibuktikan dengan F hitung > F tabel (12,642 > 3,42) atau sig < α (0,000 < 0,05). Partially there is no influence between location on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value less than ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is -1.21%. 4.
