As a result, the interaction mode ‘source-net-load–storage’ will change. Aiming to promote the power grid operation and service level, it is required to improve the ability of distribution network control and awareness, especially the ability of real-time operating state collection in the low voltage power grid (380 kv / 220 kv). Power wireless private network based on TD-LTE is one of the most important technologies to realize the power terminal access and data collection which can solve the ‘last mile’ problem of terminal access. The results show that: 100% 1h average concentrations of SO2 and 99.64% NO2 observations satisfied the requirements of Chinese ambient air quality standard. In order to make switchgear equipment with N2 has a much compact structure in space, engineers should fully understand the insulation characteristics of N2. In this paper, the breakdown characteristics of N2 at power frequency and with lightning pulse in the sphere-plate electrodes has been investigated and the effect of humidity on breakdown voltage analyzed. From the test results, it was revealed that the AC and impulse breakdown voltages of N2 were not seriously affected by different moisture content ranging from 0 to 1000 μL/L in N2. It has become clear that more research is required to ascertain the long-term safe operation of transformers where natural ester is used. This paper made comparative experimental analysis of the cellulosic particles accumulation and its effect on the electric field distribution in natural ester and mineral oil under AC electric field. When the AC voltage was applied on the oil with cellulose particles, it is worth noting that in mineral oil, the particles were concentrated at the end of the spherical positive and negative electrodes, while in the natural ester, the particles are concentrated in the sphere of the positive and negative electrodes. The adsorption of fiber particles decreases the field intensity near the spherical electrode, however, increases the field strength in the middle region of the electrode.
