This new approach involves integrating two publicly accessible datasets following a normalization procedure of color. The mitotic samples are then enhanced by preserving the context to address class imbalance. After this, the candidate mitotic cells are classified into the target classes using a ResNet classifier. Through this method, we were able to accurately identify mitosis in the combined dataset while attempting to identify it in the images. We demonstrate that our method outperforms all current methods by comparing it to state-of-the-art methods using a public dataset. Our results indicate that the proposed technique can be used to automatically identify mitotic cells in the images of histopathology of breast cancer.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125664746","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The device under study is an active component of integrated optics; it has an interferometer with parallel waveguides and couplers in an S-Bend as its structural components.The Beamprob simulator incorporated into the Rsoft program is employed to continue the performance evaluation of the MZI (Mach Zehnder Inteferometer). Following the application of the polarization voltage, the material in one of the waveguides' arms' nonlinear effects causes a phase shift.The influence of several parameters, such as the length of the arms, the gap (inter-electrode distance), and the coefficient of non-linearity, was presented.We examined how the different output intensities fluctuated in order to use this device for optical modulation so that the area where the signal was most utilized could be identified.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134469178","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Constant power loads (CPLs), on the other hand, are a problem and an effective cause of instability in DC MGs. To address the aforementioned issue, this paper discusses the stabilization of a buck power converter that supplies CPL via a regulated boost power converter. A robust sliding mode control is proposed, which stabilizes the output voltage and ensures the CPL's required power. The system is investigated in the context of external perturbations such as fluctuating input voltage and sudden change in the CPL. The robustness and efficacy of the proposed method have been demonstrated to confirm the system's overall stability. Simulation and experimentation are employed to verify the provided controller. The results verify the suggested controller's superiority.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116154545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The majority of previous research relied on palm veins, fingerprints, and other biometrics. Due to the location of finger veins behind the skin which are both more secure than fingerprint systems and uniquely different for each person, they cannot be used for falsification. This paper discusses the use of CNN algorithms in finger vein recognition systems. In our work, we start with the preprocessing the images of the finger veins must first be preprocessed. After that two models were chosen specifically for the feature extraction and classification stage, which recognizes individual identification. The detailed collection of tests demonstrates that the accuracy possible with the suggested method can achieve a 99% correct identification rate for SDUMLA HMT data.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114701476","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to avoid this, it is essential to diagnose this disease early. To address these problems, this paper proposes a two-branch Grad-CAM attention-guided convolution neural network (AG-CNN) with initial CLAHE image preprocessing. The AG-CNN first builds a general attention to the entire image with the global branch, in order to further concentrate the system's attention on the localized areas of the problems, the system isolate the important regions (ROIs) of the global image and then feeds them to a local branch. This extensive experiment is based on the APTOS 2019 DR dataset. In order to start, we offer a solid global baseline that, using DenseNet-121 as a starting point, produced average accuracy/AUC values of 0.9746/0.995, respectively. The average accuracy and AUC of the AG-CNN are increased to 0.9848 and 0.998, respectively, after creating the local branch. which represents a new state-of-the-art in the field.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123291819","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The various control systems and tools that currently exist throughout the world are designed to ensure permanent and effective monitoring of natural resources that have become rare and precious. The determining factor for the choice of a good detector is the cost in the first place, flexibility, and speed of processing. In this work, the basic idea is to simultaneously acquire from a new inexpensive electronic device two signals from two pressure transmitters installed on a prototype pipe carried out at the laboratory. These signals are usually immersed in noise. For this, denoising by an appropriate digital filter is indispensable. In our case, the Savitzky-Golay filter (S.G) presents its efficiency. The denoising performances are obtained from the calculation of SNR. The denoised signals are analysed to confirm the presence of the leak in the case of its existence. Mathematical equations are applied to determine the exact position of the leak with regards to one of the sensors. Validation tests are required to determine the position of the leak when the difference time between the signals is known.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130545942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We used perovskite as the active layer, PDMS as a window layer, ZnS as ETL (electron transport layer) and AZO as HTL (hole transport layer). and make a change of reflective layer from Au (Gold) to different reflective layers candidate have been suggested. So that in the beginning we used gold as a reflective layer, we found the efficiency of this cell estimated at 21.43%, we changed the reflective gold layer with different other reflective layers such as (Al, Cr, Be, Ni, Ti…) in order to increase the efficiency of this solar cell and reduce the cost because the cost of gold is high, we found that the efficiency increased in most of the candidates to reach 24.23% when Be was placed as a reflective layer, and this is a significant increase in the efficiency of the solar cell.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128506108","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Given the cost of subjective quality assessment, it is essential to provide objective assessment methods. Existing methods dedicated to still images could not be used for video images, since the artifacts depending on the movement of objects are not taken into account. Therefore, we propose to develop a BVIN-QA by considering both spatial and temporal aspects of videos and by extracting frame-specific spatial and temporal quality scores. The overall score is provided by using a support vector regression SVR, fed by frame score statistics and trained using subjective MOS scores.The proposed method has been tested on a set of inpainting videos using several kinds of masks and the most known inpainting methods. The obtained results are very promising.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127500333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recently, breast cancer is being responsible for a huge number of deaths of the female gender. In this study, we have implemented the Twin-Support Vector Machine (TW-SVM) to illustrate the power of machine learning techniques. TW-SVM is a recently developed algorithm and yet it is very powerful. For performance measurement, a competitive comparison between the proposed TW-SVM and SVM classifiers has been done based on the WDBC dataset. The results showed that TW-SVM can provide promising performance rates. It outperformed the SVM algorithm as well as other existing works by achieving the highest accuracy of 99.11% for predicting the considered disease.","PeriodicalId":150519,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference of Advanced Technology in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (ICATEEE)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114013358","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most common form of diabetic disease can affect the eyes, which called Diabetic Retinopathy (DR). It is a major factor in the development of blindness. Recently, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and deep learning (DL), two emerging computer science approaches, have boosted the possibility of detecting DR in its early phases, which means patient’s chances of losing their vision in the future will decrease. This paper presents a multilevel detection system for DR with different severity using transfer learning techniques. We used the APTOS2019 dataset from Kaggle, which contains retinal pictures, to conduct our experiments. Then, we use deep transfer learning technique with five models to generate the DR images features.
