Especially after the outbreak of the (Corvid 19) epidemic recently. This research aims to assess the impact of e-learning on student satisfaction and commitment to the College of Business and Economics at the University of Baghdad. Where the descriptive analytical approach was applied, the primary data was collected based on a questionnaire designed for this purpose, and the five-step LIKERT scale was adopted in analyzing the data related to the subject of the electronic study.\u0000The data was analyzed using the statistical group (SPSS PC), where the correlation coefficient, mean, and standard deviation are calculated at a confidence level (0.95), and a standard deviation at a level (0.05). The Internet, which is now remarkably available, where the results of the overall evaluation among the variables appeared with an arithmetic mean (72%) and a standard deviation (3%).\u0000 The results confirm the need to expand e-learning at all educational levels, which requires more government and local support; To achieve: quality, speed and ease, low expenditure, and taking into account the conditions of people with special circumstances and needs.
