Islamic religious education plays an important role in shaping a person's character, especially his religious awareness. Religious awareness is the most important factor in the formation of one's personality. \u0000This research study aims to answer the formulation of the problem, namely as follows: (1) Can Islamic religious education affect the religious awareness of Correctional Inmates (WBP) in Class IIB Gresik State Detention Center? (2) To what extent can Islamic religious education affect the religious awareness of Correctional Inmates (WBP) in Class IIB Gresik State Detention Center? The formulation of the problem was discussed through a quantitative study as a comparison of the value of the influence of Islamic religious education carried out at the Gresik RUTAN. The process of collecting data in this study by means of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Then this data was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the simple regression analysis show that the value of t count = 10.364 is greater than t table = 1.996. And the value of Sig = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so the researcher can conclude that Islamic religious education at the Gresik RUTAN can affect the religious awareness of WBP. Chotibuddin","doi":"10.37286/jmp.v2i1.151","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37286/jmp.v2i1.151","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes for the fourth grade Al-Qur’an Hadith subjects through the Card Sort method at MI Muhammadiyah 07 Sidokelar. \u0000This study uses quantitative methods with parametric statistical data analysis techniques, and uses a one-group pretest posttest design. This research was conducted at MI Muhammadiyah 07 Sidokelar in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The selected population is class IV with a total of 17 people. From that population, samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique (if the population is less than 30) then the sample was class IV students of MI Muhammadiyah 07 Sidokelar Paciran as many as 17 people. The data collection instruments used were observation and test methods. \u0000In the presentation of the acquisition value in the observation of learning activities using the card sort method, an average value of 81.81% was obtained, this means that the card sort method in learning can be implemented well. While the test results data that have been collected were analyzed using validity test techniques, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and strengthened using product moment correlation tests, as well as significance tests or t-tests (t-test). From the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, there is a significant correlation between the X variable and the Y variable. As indicated by the correlation coefficient rcount of 0.864 and rtable of 0.514, rcount > rtable (0.864 > 0.514). And based on the results of the significance test or t-test (t-test) obtained a tcount value of 6.648 and a t-table value of 2.131. Then tcount > ttable (6,648 > 2,131). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So the card sort method has an effect on increasing student learning outcomes in the subjects of Al Qur’an Hadith on the legal material of idgham and iqlab reading in class IV MI Muhammadiyah 07 Sidokelar Paciran for the 2020/2021 school year. \u0000Furthermore, the calculation is carried out using the coefficient of determination formula to find out how big the contribution of the influence of variable X to variable Y. Explicit Instruction learning model is a learning model designed to support the student learning process, or also known as the direct teaching model. Explicit Instruction can also be in the form of lectures, demonstrations, training or practice and group work so that students will not feel bored during the lesson because it uses a variety of learning models. It is hoped that through the Explicit Instruction learning model it can make it easier for students to study Islamic religious education so that they can achieve satisfactory learning outcomes.This study aims to determine the effect of the Explicit Instruction learning model and to determine student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects, and to determine whether there is a significant effect on the Explicit Instruction learning model in improving Islamic religious education learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total of 55 respondents, using sample data, collecting data using pre-test and post-test questions. The collected data was then analyzed by validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, correlation test, and significant test.Based on the calculation results, the data values ​​obtained through the SPSS version 23.0 program for windows. In calculating the hypothesis, the researcher uses the product moment correlation test and shows that there is a significant effect on the Explicit Instruction learning model in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects, the value of rxy = 0.736, and for a significant test the value of t = 7.926 at the level of significant 5% is 2,005. MTs YKUI Sekargadung established the WhatsApp group and YouTube applications as a medium for conducting virtual learning, on the grounds that many students already have these applications and are economical in using quotas. (3) What is the effect of the learning start with a question strategy on student learning outcomes in the field of fiqh at MTs Al-Aman Payaman Solokuro Lamongan? \u0000This research is a type of field research that aims to find out whether there is an influence between the x variable and the y variable, while the approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data collection method is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques to determine the variable x and variable y using the percentage formula and the mean or average value. Meanwhile, to determine the effect between the variable x and the variable y, the researcher used the product moment formula, which then consulted the results on the product moment table. \u0000The results showed that the learning start with a question strategy (64.5%) had an influence on student learning outcomes in the field of jurisprudence for class VIII H MTs Al-Aman Payaman Solokuro Lamongan (8.4) where rxy = 0.595 if consulted in the interpretation table, the magnitude is between 0.400 - 0.600, which means it is in the \"slightly low\" level, while the significant level in the product moment table is 1% = 0.463 and 5% = 0.361 so that ro > rt.
