As a research method to achieve the purpose of this study, first, through literature and case studies, the core value of the design thinking class program applying CPS and the core learning activity process were derived. In addition, the blending design strategy was established by finding the core support elements required for each process, and the draft program was completed. Second, the draft program was revised and supplemented through expert formative evaluation, and the final improved program was completed. Third, to verify the feasibility of the completed program, a validation test(CVI) was conducted from a group of experts. As a result of the validation test(CVI), the design thinking program for creative problem solving was positively evaluated as having explanatory power, usefulness, validity, understanding, and universality. Therefore, we should be able to realize the importance of value creation based on social value and suggest directions for college education suitable for the age of 4th Industrial Revolution that is approaching fast The current study suggests a value chain model of social value. The value chain model is largely classified into four areas: clustering, business model, shared value, and BICS. In order to revitalize social economy, companies shall create value for the local economy through creating shared value(CSV) beyond corporate social responsibility(CSR). Then, a theoretical background that university social responsibility(USR) shall be stressed for the universities to serve as the supporting organizations was suggested to emphasize the importance industry, academic, research, and government cooperation clusters. In terms of the business model, it should consider expansion through local partnerships to build a sustainable growth model. Therefore, the public benefit of universities as Big Data and Block Data Pain-Point Seeker(PPS) was stressed. Here, it is argued that it is necessary to revitalize shared value with social corporations, village corporations, self-support corporations, and cooperatives. For the sustainable growth of companies, we need to consider social responsibility as well as financial efficiency. Five fish groups (three replicates per group) of 2,400 fish were randomly allotted to each of 15 tanks (50, 100, 150, 200 and 300 fish per replicate of group) under a semi-recirculation freshwater system and each groups were fed commercial EP diets twice a day for 8 weeks. At the end of the feeding trial, weight gain (%) and specific growth rate (%) of fish at a density of 50 fish no. per water volume 100 L was higher than those of fish at densities of 200 and 300 fish no. per water volume 100 L. Feed efficiency (%) of fish at a density of 50 fish no. per water volume 100 L was higher than those of fish at densities of 100, 150, 200 and 300 fish no. per water volume 100 L. In whole body proximate composition of fish, crude protein (%) of fish at density of 200 and 300 fish no. per water volume 100 L was lower than those of fish at density of 50, 100 and 150 fish no. per water volume 100 L. Crude lipid (%) of fish at density of 300 fish no. per water volume 100 L was lower than those of fish at density of 50, 100, 150 and 200 fish no. per water volume 100 L.
