P.Kumm) through in vitro and in vivo assay. In vitro experiment was done through an addition of bacterial supernatant into PDA and measured the diameter (mm) of the mycelia. In vivo treatment was carried out through the addition of 50 % bacterial supernatant into growth media of mushroom cultivation (baglog) followed by measuring the mycelia length throughout the baglog for growth and number of fruiting bodies, wet weight of fruiting bodies, diameter of pileus, and stipe length for productivity. In vitro results revealed that there was a significant difference (p>0.05) of mycelia growth between treatments on 4th–6th days of incubation. Supernatant of L. boronitolerans gave the best mycelia growth with a diameter of 84.86 ± 5.45 mm. In vivo results showed that there was a significant difference of mycelia growth between treatments at 2nd–5th weeks of incubation. Supernatant of P. putida gave the best effect on enhancing P. ostreatus productivity with the average of 6.89 ± 4.59 for number of fruiting bodies, 116.33 ± 22.58 g for wet weight of fruiting bodies, 8.84 ± 2.44 cm for the diameter of pileus and 7.80 ± 1.72 cm for the stipe length. Experiment results showed that bacterial supernatant which contains IAA have the ability to enhance the mycelia growth and it corresponds with the IAA concentration produced, while supplementation of bacterial supernatant did not show any significant effects on the productivity of P. ostreatus.","PeriodicalId":148696,"journal":{"name":"PROCEEDINGS OF THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON CURRENT PROGRESS IN MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCES (ISCPMS2019)","volume":"330 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115971004","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Iron deficiency can be caused by the lack of iron intake, and low absorption of iron. It is known that peptides obtained from protein hydrolysates can generally act as iron chelating. Peptides can increase iron solubility, bioavailability, absorption and stability. BPPT (Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology) developed soybean hydrolysates, which was obtained by thermal and enzymatic hydrolysis. Soybean hydrolysates had been tested for iron binding using in vitro test. The aim of this study was to characterize peptides from soybean hydrolysates which had iron binding activity. This research was conducted with two stages of separation, which were using 10 kD Molecular Weight Cut Off ultrafiltration membrane and gel filtration chromatography used the Superdex 30 column (GE Healthcare, USA) was coupled with Aktaprime. Furthermore, to find out the character of the peptide which acts as a promoter of iron binding, analysis of protein molecular weights using SDS-PAGE and analysis of composition amino acids using HPLC were performed. The results showed that the peptides from soybean hydrolysate which act as iron binder had a molecular weight of 10 kDa. Composition of amino acids in the fraction were dominated by arginine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid.","PeriodicalId":148696,"journal":{"name":"PROCEEDINGS OF THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON CURRENT PROGRESS IN MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCES (ISCPMS2019)","volume":"167 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116096408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this work, the effect of combination of the two catalysts was studied with variation of weight ratio of ZSM-5 to spent FCC catalyst at 10:90, 20:80, 30:70, 40:60 and 50:50. The temperature was set at 400 and 500 °C. The weight ratio of empty fruit bunches to the catalyst was 10:1. The results show weight ratios of combination of ZSM-5 and spent FCC of 10:90 and 50:50 at temperature of 500 °C are the best two combination ratios giving high yield of bio-oil products of 48.88 % and 47.49 %. Bio-oil resulted from combination of ZSM-5 and spent FCC catalysts with weight ratio of 50:50 at 500 °C and weight ratio of 20:80 at 400 °C showed two highests selectivity of phenolic compounds with peak area of 59.85 % and 55.63 % respectively, with heating value of 26.94 MJ/kg and 24.28 MJ / kg, respectively and average density of the two results at 1.03 g/cm3.","PeriodicalId":148696,"journal":{"name":"PROCEEDINGS OF THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON CURRENT PROGRESS IN MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCES (ISCPMS2019)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132110903","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tapioca and citric acid were reacted by setting the conditions during the reaction such as the concentration of citric acid, time reaction, pH, and temperature. Citric acid was chosen as the crosslinker as it is Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) for food and its carboxylic groups can easily form crosslinking reactions with hydroxyl groups of starch through formation of ester at both ends of citrate. Characterization of the product with FT-IR showed that a peak at 1720 cm-1 indicates the presence of ester groups in the product. Characterization with XRD showed that modified starch has a lower level of crystallinity. Based on the results of several characterizations of starch citrate products, the functional properties of starch also change, such as the decrease of swelling power, solubility, and viscosity. Digestibility of starch citrate also decreased by 25 % compared to normal starch.","PeriodicalId":148696,"journal":{"name":"PROCEEDINGS OF THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON CURRENT PROGRESS IN MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCES (ISCPMS2019)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121912720","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The hadrons being exchanged are a scalar meson σ; vector mesons ω and ρ; hyperons Λ and Σ; and a 12+ resonance Λ∗(1600). We determine the parameters of the potentials by means of fitting processes to experimental data of K−p differential cross section for kaon laboratory kinetice energy of about 48 MeV to 580 MeV. The differential cross sections are calculated using a three-dimensional (3D) technique without partial-wave expansion. This model gives χ2/N=9.9914 and able to reproduce data quite well above 200 MeV. The contribution of Λ∗(1600)-resonance shows to be small compared with the others.","PeriodicalId":148696,"journal":{"name":"PROCEEDINGS OF THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON CURRENT PROGRESS IN MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCES (ISCPMS2019)","volume":"354 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132489604","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
