{"title":"叩解技術の発展","authors":"Nobuhiko Okumura","doi":"10.2524/jtappij.77.906","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2524/jtappij.77.906","url":null,"abstract":"紙製造のプロセスにおける叩解工程の重要性は周知のことである。目的とする紙の性状に大きく影響する叩解工程は,同時に紙製造プロセスの中でもエネルギーを多く消費する工程でもあることから様々な角度から研究が続けられてきた。当社においても,1954年に国産第1号機となる連続式コーン型リファイナーである「スーパーリファイナー」の開発以降,原質機器メーカーの視点から叩解工程の最適化について模索してきた。本稿では,17世紀後半にオランダで開発された回流槽型ビーター以降,現在でも活用されているシリンドリカル型デラックスファイナー,ダブルディスクリファイナーおよびダブルコニファイナーに至る叩解機の変遷を辿りながら,それぞれの叩解機が開発された背景や求められた機能を振り返ってみる。また叩解機本体とともに重要な要素である叩解刃物のパターンの一般的な選択方法,および標準的な鋳鋼製刃物と特殊叩解刃物・ファインバーとの比較について紹介する。近年の紙の需要の変化やSDGsを意識した新たな活動などにより,原料繊維の性状や求められる紙製品の機能も多様化が予想される中,叩解機および叩解技術の基本を確認するとともに,新たな目的や用途に合わせた設備の開発などの参考として頂ければと考える。","PeriodicalId":14796,"journal":{"name":"Japan Tappi Journal","volume":"131 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135266946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"The Latest Winder Technology","authors":"Hideki Maeda","doi":"10.2524/jtappij.77.863","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2524/jtappij.77.863","url":null,"abstract":"永井鉄工株式会社は,今から67年前となる1956年に現在の兵庫県尼崎市に設立された。以降,1993年には設備の大型化に対応するため新工場を建設するなど,お客様の要望にも応えながら,主にワインダー設備の自動化,省力化を中心として,その周辺設備の技術開発に注力してきた。近年は少子高齢化に伴う生産人口の減少という新たな課題に対応するため,ワインダー付帯設備と操業監視支援システムの開発にも取り組み,本報においてその一例について紹介する。自動紙管切断供給装置の導入では,リール巾で購入した3インチ紙管を工場の生産管理システムのオーダーにあわせて切断,口金装着,寸法検査,ワインダーへの搬送までを自動で行い,オーダー毎の紙管の手配,在庫管理,更には最終製品鏡面の紙管出入り確認等,品質管理面でも多くの自動化,省力化に成功した。ワインダー監視支援システムでは,生産管理や欠陥検出などのパソコン,およびワインダー補機類などのPLCと各操作パネルの情報をEthernetまたはOPC通信で接続することで共有化している。またワインダー運転時の操業データと,各所に設けた監視カメラやセンサーを活用することで,設備の状況をリアルタイムで把握でき,問題発生時の原因追及も容易になり,監視,管理業務の負担軽減に貢献できている。","PeriodicalId":14796,"journal":{"name":"Japan Tappi Journal","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135267146","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
