Lo que se pretende es partir de la observación del crimen para llegar a reflexionar no sólo sobre las condiciones hodiernas de coexistencia de los sujetos sino especialmente sobre su condición misma de existencia. El crimen será pensado en sus interconexiones con la exclusión social. Se va a trabajar con un enfoque crítico de la posmodernidad, que examina su nivel mucho más elevado y profundo de extracción de riqueza y expropiación de los sujetos, reflexionando así sobre su capacidad de alienarlos incluso de sí mismos. Se discutirá sobre la presencia de anomia en la posmodernidad y su instrumentalización para fines de control social. La teoría criminológica de la anomia de RobertK. From the observation of crime, will be thought about not only the hodiern conditions of coexistence of the subjects but especially about their condition of existence. Crime will be taken into consideration in its interconnections with social exclusion. It will be worked with a critical approach to postmodernism, which examines its much higher and deeper level of extraction of wealth and expropriation of subjects, with the propose to think about its ability to alienate them even from themselves. The presence of anomie in postmodernity and its instrumentalization for purposes of social control will be discussed. The criminological theory of the anomie of Robert K. Una de sus muchas manifestaciones es lo que conocemos como concepto de: “arte”. La cinematografía señalada como séptimo arte, no está excluida de marcos complejos de comunicación y difusión cultural, todo lo contrario, quizás sea la manifestación artística más compleja por su capacidad de articular diversos lenguajes con distinta carga simbólica. Es crucial percatarse del cine como una herramienta cultural que contrapone ideologías y cosmovisiones a diferentes niveles semióticos y de carácter transistémico, que toma un acento intercultural en un mundo global. De ello, una magnifica ilustración son “Los Cines Africanos”, donde sus particularidades se encuentran, justamente, en los contextos socio-políticos y culturales que han atravesado su historia; desde el colonialismo hasta la actualidad.\u0000\u0000Palabras Clave: Comunicación –cine africano –cosmovisiones –interculturalidad -colonialismo\u0000\u0000The Eyes of the Cinema: Introduction to the Anthropology of Cinema in traveling and close-up on the (anti) colonial representations of Africa\u0000\u0000Abstract.-Communication goes beyond the limits of the simple transmission of information, plays a fundamental role in the construction of ideologies. One of its many manifestations is what we know as the concept of \"art\". The cinematography indicated as seventh art, is not excluded from complex frames of communication and cultural diffusion, on the contrary, perhaps it is the most complex artistic manifestation due to its ability to articulate different languages with different symbolic load. It is crucial to see cinema as a cultural tool that contrasts ideologies and worldviews at different semiotic and trans-systemic levels, which takes an intercultural accent in a global world. {"title":"La política social y económica del Gobierno del Frente Amplio en Uruguay (2005-2016)","authors":"Luis Miguel Uharte Pozas","doi":"10.33676/emui_nomads.56.06","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33676/emui_nomads.56.06","url":null,"abstract":"Resumen: El siguiente artículo se propone realizar un análisis de la política social y económica del gobierno del Frente Amplio (FA) en Uruguay, de 2005 hasta 2016, señalando los cambios más relevantes y las contradicciones más destacables en estos dos ámbitos. El balance se realiza a partir de una comparación con la situación existente durante el anterior periodo neoliberal. Se concluye que el cambio ha sido real pero moderado y se ha evidenciado sobre todo en algunas reformas sociales (salud, laboral y tributaria). En el área económica los resultados macroeconómicos han sido satisfactorios, pero el modelo económico no se revertido sino todo lo contrario, se ha acentuado en sus problemas tradicionales (primarización, concentración y extranjerización de propiedad, contaminación ambiental). La metodología combina la revisión bibliográfica con entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas durante el año 2017. \u0000\u0000Palabras clave: Frente Amplio, cambio moderado, reformas sociales, política económica.\u0000\u0000The social and economic policy of the government of the Broad Front in Uruguay (2005-2016)\u0000\u0000Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the social and economic policy of the government of the ‘Broad Front’ in Uruguay, from 2005 to 2016, identifying the most relevant changes and the most notable contradictions in these two areas. We have made a comparison with the situation existing during the previous neoliberal period. We concluded that the change has been real but moderate and has been evident above all in some social reforms (health, labor and tax). In the economic area, the macroeconomic results have been satisfactory, but the economic model has not changed; it has worsened in its traditional problems (primarization, concentration and foreign ownership of property, environmental pollution).
