For the first time the mass-dimensional criterion was formulated for multicriteria optimization of the MF with any number of conductors. It was tested by optimizing the MF according to 5 criteria, including mass-dimensional criterion. As a result of the optimization, it was possible to improve not only the mass-dimensional parameters of the MF (which was previously optimized according to 4 criteria without taking into account the mass-dimensional criterion), but also the electrical (the attenuation of the ultrashort pulses at the output of the MF) and time (increase of the difference between the first and the last pulse delays) parameters.","PeriodicalId":147681,"journal":{"name":"2020 21st International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"151 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122152360","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The prototype of the reflection symmetric MF was developed in two versions: with and without buried vias. For the first time, the effect which buried vias has on the characteristics of reflection symmetric MFs was studied experimentally. The decomposition of an ultrashort pulse (USP) into a sequence of pulses of lower amplitude is shown. The influence of buried vias on the MF characteristic impedance was estimated. The frequency dependences of the transmission and reflection coefficients in the range from 0 to 32 GHz were obtained. Moreover, practical recommendations are given for the design of multilayer reflection symmetric devices based on coupled lines in this paper. The results are useful for further research because the configuration of a four-layer reflection symmetric MF without buried vias reduces its cost.","PeriodicalId":147681,"journal":{"name":"2020 21st International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130075871","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper is concerned with the simplified control technique for such applications to reduce two significant challenges the flux harmonics and a cogging torque. The proposed control enhancing the tracking position accuracy for low-speed servo drives is based on well-known approach using the parallel connection of several resonant terms in parallel manner with a conventional speed proportional-integral (PI) controller. Finally, the experimental results show viability and effectiveness of high-performance tracking operations through eliminating of the selected speed pulsations.","PeriodicalId":147681,"journal":{"name":"2020 21st International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"130 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116054321","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Dependence of nanocrystal morphology and density was demonstrated to be dependent on gallium/antimony flux ration and on Si(Ill) substrate pretreatment. Formation of liquid gallium droplets on the surface during annealing stage is predicted by simulation. Experimental imitative testing is a better method of testing high voltage vacuum circuit breakers. New imitative testing scheme (Vale-Dobker) is designed to test each phase of the vacuum circuit breakers (VCB) in different ranges of high voltage to achieve maximum performance. Experimental study reveals that the Vale-Dobker scheme is better than others. A new imitative method for testing the vacuum circuit breaker has been presented. To determine its switching characteristics, the imitative test circuit by Vale-Dobker was applied, forming on the test object a fault current ranging from 1 to 10 kA and a transient recovery voltage across the contacts of the vacuum chamber up to 20 kV. The results confirm that the imitative controlled switching testing can suppress the current and overvoltage, thus fundamentally improving the efficiency and system safety.","PeriodicalId":147681,"journal":{"name":"2020 21st International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115463150","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
