Pisarev","doi":"10.31249/pravconst/2019.01.03","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31249/pravconst/2019.01.03","url":null,"abstract":"In the article, from the point of view of modern tendencies of development of Russian state and law, associated with the desire to ensure the continuity of the basic institutions of constitutional law in order to preserve its constitutional identity under conditions of negative influence of processes of globalization and formation of supranational bodies of judicial control, an attempt is made to examine the constitutional and legal aspect of the concept, the essence of this kind of continuity and the need to ensure the development of the main domestic state-legal institutions in pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern stage of their development.
