Better condition of working has triggered people movement to get better job and salary outside their countries. One of the major sending and receiving region of migrant workers is Southeast Asia. Two main destinations of Indonesian migrant workers are Hong Kong and Malaysia. It is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore that Indonesian migrant workers often face human rights abuses when they are working abroad, for instance, retained legal document, exceeded working hours, human trafficking resulted in physical violence. In Malaysia, Indonesian migrant workers mostly become the victims of human trafficking, physical abuse and excessive working hour. Meanwhile in Hong Kong, the violation of the rights of migrant workers are the excessive of working hours as well as physical violence. This paper argue that Malaysia and Hong Kong are two main countries which has shown significant differences in addressing human rights violations. This paper seeks to remedy those problems by comparing policy in both countries related to human rights abuses. This paper uses Human Security concept as the conceptual framework followed by its two approaches type, for instance, Economic Security and Personal Security. Risk prevention and preparedness in the Lebak Bulus MRT transportation system is critical to internal security and requires proper analysis of asset vulnerabilities, clear awareness of criticality, possible countermeasures, and adequate methods to design, scale and optimize protection. This study uses a literature study research method. The author uses previous research sources that are relevant to the topic under study, especially related to the security system and prevention of terrorism attacks at MRT Lebak Bulus Jakarta. CPTED is a complex strategy that will include a variety of interventions and behavioral responses from different groups of users. CPTED involves territoriality, surveillance, access control, activity support, image/management, and target setting. In the Mass Rapid Transportation (MRT) Lebak Bulus, the vulnerability to terrorist attacks can be identified based on physical security theory. The main vulnerability is the MRT central depot. All MRT control is in the central depot, not on the mechanics. The high demand for cooking oil in the country must be balanced by maximizing production sources in the agronomic stage, namely through nurseries. Oil palm seeds at the pre-nursery level only require about 40% sunlight intensity. Therefore, radiation intensity is a factor that must be considered in the growth of seedlings at the pre-nursery level. The aim of the study was to analyze the response of oil palm seedling growth to the effect of radiation intensity in the pre nursery and to analyze the best radiation intensity on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the pre nursery. This study used a single factor Completely Randomized Environmental Design (CRD), i.e. radiation intensity consisting of 5 levels, namely p0 = (0%, 50%, 100%), p1 = (25%, 25%, 100%), p2 = (25%, 50%, 75%) radiation intensity, p3 = (25%, 75%, 100%), p4 = (50%, 75%, 100%). Repeat each treatment 4 times so that there are 20 experimental units. Each experimental unit contained 9 polybags so that there were a total of 180 plants. Fou research questions guided the study. A survey design was adopted in carrying out the study. The total population for this study was (32) thirty-two librarians. The major instrument for data collection was questionnaire. The entire population of (32) thirty-two was sampled with questionnaires and only (26) twenty-six were all returned. Data was analyzed using frequency tables, simple percentages and means scores. From the analysis, the findings revealed that collection development policy is available but encompasses only the area of acquisition. resistance to change, worn out materials, inadequate professionals/Librarians, lack of cooperation from parent organization, problem of storage facilities, lack of funds, lack of collection development policy and duplication of titles are some of the major problems encountered in developing library collections. Based on the research findings, it was recommended that libraries should have a written collection development policy that will embrace selection, acquisition, weeding, gifts and exchanges, there should be constant staff training/orientation, librarians should consult with user community in order to have first-hand needs of their information, employment of qualified librarians, provision of space to enable the library have archives where they can deposit outdated materials. The data collection techniques in this study were as follows: 1) reading the entire text of the comic story \"Pupus Putus Sekolah\" by Kurnia Harta Winata, 2) identifying data that reflects educational values , and 3) recording the data that has been obtained. The data analysis techniques used in this study were as follows: 1) classifying data, 2) analyzing data, 3) interpreting data, and 4) drawing conclusions. This abuse of authority occurred in the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Cikupa Village. The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program itself is a government program so that people in villages or sub-districts register their land to obtain a certificate of ownership of the land ownership, to achieve legal certainty and protection of land rights according to the UUPA. In its implementation, there is an abuse of authority in the form of illegal levies. This article uses normative legal research methods, qualitative data analysis is carried out as an analytical knife, Gustav Radbruch's legal theory about the purpose of the law, legal behavior according to Lawrence M Friedman and Donald Black, and the theory of authority from Ateng Syafrudin. The modus operandi of abuse of authority through illegal levies is by inflating the cost of administering the land registration program beyond the amount determined by legislation, the proceeds from illegal levies by the suspects are used for campaign funds for the Village Head election and personal gain. The research was conducted in North Rarowatu Sub-District, Wumbubangka Village and Lantowua Village, with determination of 133 samples from two villages. The data were analyzed in descriptions method using cross tabulation and frequency table with eleven variables that is: the rate of air changes, the level of noise pollution, the level of disruption to water availability, the number of affected households, the frequency of treatment, the level of education, the conditions of residence, the status of residence, the conflict between local communities, the level of depth of conflict, employment opportunities. The results of the research indicate the impact of mining activities on the living conditions of Bombana district communities, especially in the two villages. On the ecological aspect of air conditions, mining activity causes the air condition to getmoreworst. In addition, mine activity raises noise that disrupts community activities, and a small proportion of groundwater availability is not available. On the social aspect there are still a number of community members who suffer from respiratory problems such as shortness of breath, cough and cold, from the frequency of treatment only a fewof them do a treatment. The low level of education in these two villagesis the cause of employment opportunities decrease. From the residence's condition and the residence statusarestill relatively decent and medium.
