Loading folded slotline on the top surface of the antenna, dual-band characteristic can be achieved. Two radiation elements are orthogonal, so dual-polarization can be obtained in two operating bands. Two resonant modes are excited at 6. 76 GHz and 9.11 GHz, respectively. The peak gains are 3.9 dBi and 1.7 dBi respectively. Its innovation lies in the PEC ground inclined 45° and the vertical resistive sheet. This design makes the distance between the PEC ground and the resistive sheet not a unique value, which greatly widens the absorption bandwidth. The singlepolarization simulation results show that the single resistive sheet V-shaped absorber has an absorption bandwidth of 14.8-30 GHz (67.9%) with S11 <-10 dB approximately, and the triple resistive sheet V-shaped absorber has an absorption bandwidth of 2.86-30 GHz (165.2%). The radiating element of the antenna is a modified T-shaped metal patch. Simulated results indicate that with the proposed structure, the microstrip antenna can operate over a 10.7 GHz to 17 GHz range with a return loss less than -10 dB, while exhibit a 3-dB axial ratio bandwidth of 0.4 GHz from 11.4 GHz to 11.8 GHz and from 12.6 GHz to 13 GHz respectively. This structure does not resonate in the operating band and can be effectively avoided The impact of higher harmonics, thereby achieving ultra-wide stop band. The resistor layer is composed of resistive ink printed on the dielectric board. The resistor layer is placed on the bandpass FSS to obtain an ultra-wide absorption band (7-35GHz) and a passband (1.15-1.60GHz). The HMCSIW structure is used to design the power divider, the power divider has the advantages of strong coupling of traditional SIW power divider, low cost, simple manufacturing process, etc., and it can also be directly connected to the active circuit. The simulation results show that when the center frequency is 10 GHz, the return loss is better than 18 dB between 8.6GHz and 12.6 GHz, and S12 is equal to S13, which is almost around -4dB, its performance is great. Based on this precondition, a n-bit digital phase shifter concept is proposed. The n-bit (n=1, 2, 3) LCP-based reconfigurable reflectarray (RRA) at 0.34 THz composed of 30×30 elements has been designed and analyzed. The radiation patterns of the RRAfor beam scanning at 15° and 45° are presented. Compared with 1-bit RRA, radiation patterns, such as main lobe direction, gain and side lobe level of the RRA are significantly improved when n=2, 3. However, 2-bit and 3-bit RRAs show similar radiation patterns. The antenna consists of a coaxial-line to ridged-waveguide transition, a conical cavity, and a quad-ridge with an open boundary. By introducing a metal tapered ridge composed of exponential and elliptic sections, a conical cavity, the proposed antenna achieves stable unidirectional radiation and good impedance matching. The simulated results reveal that the impedance bandwidth of VSWR < 2.2 is from 1 to 18 GHz. The elevation angles are estimated by an improved multiple signal classification method which utilizes the recursive gridding to improve the searching efficiency. Then the azimuth angles are obtained by adopting the traditional estimation method.
