In the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 3 paragraph (1) it is explained: the purpose of marriage is to realize a sakinah, mawaddah, warohmah household life. There are many ways to form a family, but the people of Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency, and also other people do not know how to form a harmonious family. This study aims to (1) determine the understanding of the Ngabar Village community towards Law Number 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare, (2) to determine the role of KUA Siman District in the formation of a sakinah family in Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. This type of research is Field Research. A descriptive approach is used in this study. The results of this study indicate: The people of Ngabar Village do not understand the meaning of social welfare even though the employees of the Siman District Religious Affairs Office have socialized Law Number 11 of 2009 concerning social welfare. Educational policies and roles that are oriented towards future progress will give birth to quality Indonesians. Qualified humans are humans who have high morale and are intellectual sufficient to know or master science and technology. The new paradigm of education is a new pattern or concept of education to achieve the goals of national education. The purpose of education is to produce human resources capable of facing various future challenges. Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages ​​today. Users are not only Muslims but also non-Muslims. Semitic is a language family associated with one of the sons of the Prophet Noah a.s. namely Sam son of Noah. In the narration, it is stated that Noah had three children, namely Sam (Semitic), Yafit (Aramiyah), and Ham (Hamiyah). Languages ​​belonging to the Semitic language family experience slow development. Some languages, such as Akkadian, have even become extinct. and other languages, although not extinct but the speakers are no longer a big nation. This language is only spoken by a small number of people, like Aramaic. Only Arabic, the only Semitic language, has survived thousands of years. Arabic users continue to grow even today. Usually, conflicts in the household are caused by husbands' and wives' rights that have not been fulfilled. This study aims to examine the quality of the hadith regarding the rights of wives in the household. The literature review method is used in this research. Researchers found several matan of hadiths that explain the rights of a wife in the household narrated by Abu Dawud. The hadith that describes the rights of the wife in the household, the history of Abu Dawud has a good sanad quality, has a good matan quality, and meets the criteria of sahih hadith. However, sometimes the water on the surface of the earth is lost so that the earth looks dry. This study aims to find out where the water on earth comes from and where it is lost according to the perspective of the Qur'an and science. By using the literature study method, the researchers found: 1) according to the view of the Qur'an, water on earth comes from the sky in the form of rain, while according to science there is a possibility that water on earth comes from ice in the asteroid belt that fell to earth. 2) Water on earth can undergo evaporation and freezing depending on weather conditions. This is what causes a place on earth to experience drought or lack of water. Islamic economics which was pioneered by contemporary scholars compiled an economic reporting system that prioritized benefit, transparency, and justice in accounting reporting. Conceptually, this article discusses the sharia accounting paradigm according to the perspective of maqashid sharia and tafsir maqashidi. The position of the maqashid sharia regarding the study of Islamic accounting is divided into five phases, namely guarding religion, guarding the soul, maintaining reason, guarding descent, and safeguarding property. In this case, the tafsir maqashidi is very relevant to understanding the text about maqashid sharia because, first, in the tafsir maqashidi the maqashid sharia approach is discussed from the perspective of Islamic law. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. The results show the factors that cause women to play a dual role, namely: the economic needs of her family are increasing, she wants to use the knowledge she has, she wants to help her husband meet family needs, she works to fill spare time, her husband dies, her husband an unemployed person. It is not true that the opinion that says that if women work outside the home, the result is that the family situation is not harmonious, because from this research it is proven that the informants families remain harmonious even though they are women who play a dual role. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. This research resulted in findings, 1) the implementation of durian tree pawning in Blimbing village begins with the arrival of the durian tree owner to the money owner's place to borrow money, the money owner checks the quality of the durian tree which will be used as a guarantee, if there is an agreement they sign the pawning agreement, by bringing in a witness. 2) There are deficiencies in the practice of pawning durian trees in Blimbing Village Dolopo Madiun because Murtahin takes all of the durian tree harvests even though the value exceeds the amount of money lent, maintenance costs for the durian tree are borne by Rahin. Through a literature review, the writer found the reasons for the prohibition of a transaction in Islam, among others: 1) haram li dzatihi, such as buying and selling pork, buying and selling alcoholic drinks, buying and selling carcasses and other illicit goods. 2) Haram li ghairihi, that are included in those categories: first, violates the an taraa din minkum principles, such as fraud. Second, violates the laa thadhlimuun wa laa tudhlamuun principles, such as gharar, hoarding of merchandise, manipulate requests riba, gambling, and the practice of bribery. Third, transactions that the contracts incomplete.
