This type of research is qualitative research, namely research that aims to find out clearly and in depth about the application of the SMK3 principles and their implications for work accidents. The informant of this research is the hospital management, namely Hospital Occupational Safety and Health (K3RS). Data analysis was carried out with three processes, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
