Semenenko","doi":"10.30525/978-9934-588-47-1.17","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30525/978-9934-588-47-1.17","url":null,"abstract":"INTRODUCTION In recent years, a significant number of cities in Ukraine, in particular, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Ternopil, Chernivtsi and others. have joined the Covenant of Mayors on Climate and Energy 1 , which provides for the holding municipal authorities measures to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030. Achieving this result requires a new strategy for the use and development of the municipal energy system, which envisages increasing the environmental safety of boiler plants and thermal power plants through the introduction of innovative high-efficiency energy-saving, environmental and economically sound technologies 2 . Homogenization has been most widely used in the dairy industry, where it is one of the most important technological processes. Homogenization of fat particles to microscopic sizes increases the nutritional value of milk, improves its sensory and taste properties, increases stability during storage and transportation, etc. 2 . The quality of products using homogenized milk is much higher. That is why homogenization is the normative process in most technological schemes for the production of drinking sterilized and pasteurized milk, fermented milk products, ice cream, canned milk, and cheese production. With the development of technologies, homogeneous components are being applied, and higher requirements for the dispersion of the final product are being made. The main technical problem of obtaining fine emulsions is the limited capacity of homogenizers. Therefore, designing devices and methods for producing finely dispersed emulsions with the ability to vary dispersion and high productivity is of high relevance. Valve homogenizers are mainly used for homogenization of milk and dairy products. However, analysis of valve homogenizers design showed that they have significant drawbacks: big overall dimensions and weight, high metal consumption, high energy consumption, rapid wear of the valve surfaces and a fairly high cost of equipment. It should be noted that other existing types of homogenizers either do not allow to achieve such degree of dispersion of the fat phase, or have sufficiently large energy costs for the process. They are used in many spheres of human activity. Microcontrollers are intended for management of various electronic devices. The interaction between units of a micro-controller is made according to a program. Such a program is incorporated in the microcontroller. Unlike microprocessors of personal computers, microcontrollers contain built-in additional devices. These devices carry out tasks under the control of the microprocessor nucleus of the microcontroller. An increased demand for microcontroller systems requires training of design systems experts. This problem was discussed in 1 which described the training platform of the PIC (Programmable Interface Controller) microcontroller, made by the Microchip Technology Incorporation. Hedle 2 discusses a course in microcontroller system design which can help students to improve learning results. It helps students to develop knowledge and technical skills in microcontroller system design. Hardware was developed for the laboratory using the Motorola 68HC11 microcontroller. However, the most widespread use thin-film elements have got in the different electronics technological processes, for instance, in manufacturing of semiconductor devices, in laser and nonlinear optics to provide polarizing, illuminating or mirror properties to optical elements etc. Currently there are two main groups of methods for deposition of thin metal film coatings: chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) which differentiate from each other with the process of obtaining a film-forming flux of atoms, ions or molecules. Nowadays, much attention is paid to physical vapor deposition (PVD) methods in which the atoms and metal molecules required for the synthesis of coatings are obtained by means of processes involving the evaporation of a target 1 . The main representatives of this group of methods are the sputtering by the cathode’s spots of vacuum arc discharge, electron and ion beams, thermal vacuum evaporation, magnetron sputtering and so on. The experience of industrial application of such technologies, made it possible to identify along with the advantages their main cons, mainly due to the low deposition rate, poor coating uniformity, poor adhesion to the substrate surface, limited processing surfaces, and the like.
