First, linguistic variables and quantitative index values are transformed into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. According to the similarity between the expert and the group consensus in the evaluation information, the objective weight is assigned to the individual expert, which is integrated with the subjective weight to obtain the comprehensive weight of the expert. In the modeling scheme, a sandwich model with rate-dependent hysteresis consists of both input and output linear subsystem. Firstly, according to the properties of this complex nonlinear system, a non-smooth stochastic state-space model is introduced. Then, an auto-switcher filter is introduced to solve the state estimation of the rate-dependent hysteresis. The filter can be switched automatically according to the operating conditions. Moreover, the convergence of the proposed novel filter method is studied. However, the intermittency and volatility of its power output increases the challenge of stable operation of the power grid, and brings about the problem of abandoning wind and light. The existing power system urgently needs additional reserve capacity to realize dynamic supply and demand balance and provide auxiliary services of frequency and voltage modulation. In this paper, electrochemical energy storage, hydrogen energy storage, synthetic natural gas energy storage and other technologies are considered to establish a benefit evaluation model of multi-energy complementary power generation system, and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to carry out economic optimization scheduling of the system. The simulation platform intuitively shows the correlation between mathematical variables and their physical meanings, and promotes students' understanding of control theory. However, we found that some parameters of OS-ELM are randomly assigned and remain unchanged in the subsequent learning process, which leads to great instability in the model performance in practice. To alleviate this problem, we propose a novel ensemble OS-ELM algorithm (EOS-ELM-R) for solving air quality prediction problems. EOS-ELM-R uses multiple distribution functions to initialize the random parameters of the base OS-ELM models and its final output is the average of the predictions of these base models. However, the compilation of emission inventory involves cumbersome data collection from diverse parties about the combustion activities and related emission factors that convert activity data to emissions. Here we design and implement a cloud-based information system that can facilitate efficient emission inventory compilation. We base our information system on cloud infrastructure and adopt a microservice architecture in which the data and computing needed in inventory compilation are accessed through service consumptions. This makes the inventory compilation processes online, digital and distributive, and enables seamless data sharing and collaborative compilation. By this way, scalable timely high-resolution emission inventory can be achieved for a rapid response mechanism where regulations, scientific data and computing, and local actions can be connected for efficient digital governance of urban air pollution and carbon management. The mechanism element was assembled with two supporting pivots on the axis with an angular sensor and a voice motor accurate. The control precision of the scanning mirror is stringent in space remote target detection, at the same time angle position of the equipment was required to send to ground on time. The implementation of the embedded hardware and algorithm system are described in steps. The scanning mirror mechanism with voice-coil motor is identified and a forward feedback control topology is been described to realize the position trajectory control of the prototype. The prototype mechanism using the BMTI microcontroller 32 bit for the voice-coil motor control is exhibited. By constructing a critic network and an action network, the approximations of the optimal objective function and the optimal control gains of the spacecraft attitude tracking error system are realized. This paper develops an adaptive nonlinear transform algorithm for enhancing anti-attack ability of communication system. The nonlinear characteristic which is transparent to authorized consumer, is added to the linear modulated signal. The useful information is hidden in nonlinear distorted signal which seems to be meaningless. For non-cooperative receiver, the obstacle of nonlinearity is produced in receiving and judging process. On the other hand, cooperative receiver can successfully obtain the information by inverse nonlinear transform using private key. A blind identification of adaptive nonlinear control for inverse nonlinear transform is proposed. Experimental results on simulation show that with the proposed technique, the Spurs-Free-Dynamic-Range with 16QAM signal after nonlinear transform is 31dB worse than that of before nonlinear transform. This purpose offers the possibility for applicants to choose the best controlling algorithm of the movement after were analyzed the results of positions and velocities characteristics. The virtual simulation of them assures the best choose of the robot’s movements with the minimum variation of the velocities. By applying the pounder theory, were established the best behavior between all analyzed movement cases: simultaneously, successive, simultaneously after successive in the acceleration period, or simultaneously and successive in the deceleration period. Other goals of the research were to show all components of the used virtual instrumentation (VI) and the obtained results after the simulation work. For generality of the study, the proper LabVIEW VI-s contents the tab and case control of different types of robots that it is usually: Gun, Scale, Arm, Cartesian and Double Portal and the mathematical matrix model for positions and velocities.
