Studies have been carried out on the feasibility of manufacturing a fire and explosion protection device of such a device from a composite material instead of the nickel powder currently used. The porosity of the material and its effect on the strength characteristics are evaluated. The magnetic system of a linear magnetoelectric motor includes permanent magnets located on a movable armature. The organic fusion of the compressor armature and piston makes it possible to simplify the design of the LMED and increase its reliability in comparison with hydraulic and electromechanical drives. The model is based on a system of reaction-diffusion equations, containing a non-linear term related to the Michaelis-Menten kinetics. A simple and most accurate closed form of an analytical expression pertaining to the substrate concentration profile for all possible values of Thiele modulus φ is derived. Moreover, here in we have employed Homotopy perturbation method (HPM) to solve the non-linear reaction-diffusion equations in a microbioreactor system.
