Nuruddin","doi":"10.17509/WAFI.V3I1.11079","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17509/WAFI.V3I1.11079","url":null,"abstract":"Dalam penggunaannya sebagai light emitting diode (LED) putih, fosfor Boron Carbon Oxy-Nitride Silika (BCNO/SiO 2 ) terus dikembangkan sebagai alternatif penggunaan fosfor dengan oksida tanah jarang. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses sintesis fosfor BCNO/SiO 2 dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alam yang mudah ditemukan di Indonesia. Prekursor yang digunakan meliputi asam borat sebagai sumber boron dan urea sebagai sumber nitrogen, sedangkan sebagai sumber karbon digunakan pati dari tepung tapioka dan selulosa yang diekstraksi dari tanaman rami. Sintesis material fosfor BCNO/SiO 2 dilakukan dengan metode sol-gel dengan perbandingan molar Nitrogen/Boron sebesar 20, dan komposisi karbon 3% dan 10% wt. Nanopartikel silika kemudian ditambahkan dengan perbandingan 3% wt. Kalsinasi dilakukan pada suhu 600°C selama 60 menit dalam kondisi tekanan atmosfer. Dengan penyinaran sinar UV didapatkan hasil bahwa pendaran dengan intensitas paling tinggi terjadi pada fosfor BCNO/SiO 2 yang disintesis dengan sumber karbon pati dengan kandungan 100% wt dan nanopartikel silika 200 nm, dan juga fosfor BCNO/SiO 2 yang disintesis dengan sumber karbon pati dengan kandungan 3% wt dan nanopartikel silika 50 nm dan 200 nm. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa material fosfor alternatif yang disintesis dengan cara sederhana dan temperatur rendah dapat menjadi kandidat yang menjanjikan untuk LED putih. Within its usage for white light emitting diode (white-LED), Boron Carbon Oxy-Nitride Silica (BCNO/SiO 2 ) phosphor is continuously being developed as an alternative to rare-earth oxide phosphor. In this research, the synthesis of BCNO/SiO 2 phosphor is done by the use of natural resources that are easily found in Indonesia. The precursors used are boric acid as boron source, urea as nitrogen source, and starch from tapioca flour and cellulose extracted from ramie as carbon source. The synthesis process is carried out by sol-gel method with molar ratio of Nitrogen/Boron 20, and carbon composition 3% and 10% wt. Calcination process is carried out at 600 ° C temperature for 60 minutes under atmospheric pressure condition. Upon illumination under UV rays, the highest intensity occurred in the BCNO/SiO 2 phosphor that was synthesized with 10% wt starch as carbon source and 200 nm silica nanoparticles, and in the BCNO/SiO 2 phosphor that was synthesized with 3% wt starch as carbon source and silica nanoparticles with 50 nm and 200 nm in size. The outcome of this research showed that alternative phosphor material that was synthesized using facile method under low temperature could be a promising candidate for white-LED. Data geologi regional daerah penelitian menunjukan adanya potensi jebakan sistem hidrokarbon, sehingga untuk tujuan identifikasi adanya potensi jebakan hidrokarbon perlu dilakukan survei eksplorasi geofisika pada daerah penelitian. Survey eksplorasi geofisika melalui meotde gayaberat menghasilkan nilai anomali bouguer lengkap yang telah dilakukan koreksi. Kemudian hasil pengolahan data diplot menjadi peta kontur anomali bouguer dan akan dijadikan acuan dalam pembuatan model 2D. Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan, pada model lintasan A-A’ diindentifikasi adanya jebakan sistem hidrokarbon berupa batuan induk dengan nilai densitas 2,7 gr/cc, reservoir dengan nilai densitas 2,65 gr/cc, lapisan penutup dengan nilai densitas 2,25 gr/cc, serta adanya bentuk struktur berupa jebakan antiklin. Determination of traps of hydrocarbon systems using alternative methods in Majalengka, West Java. The geological data of the research area shows the potential of traps of the hydrocarbon system, so for the purpose of identifying the potential of hydrocarbon traps it is necessary to conduct geophysical survey in the research area. Survey of geophysical exploration through gravity method of complete bouguer anomaly has been done. Then the result of data processing is plotted into contour map of bouguer anomaly and will be used as reference in making 2D model. Based on the modeling results, the AA trajectory models identified the traps of the hydrocarbon system with the parent rock with a density of 2.7 g/cc, a reservoir with a density of 2.65 g/cc, a seal with a density value of 2.25 g/cc, and the structure of anticline traps. Lapisan tipis ZnO dibuat dengan cara sol-gel yang mencampurkan beberapa material kedalamnya sehingga didapatkan sol-gel ZnO. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa variasi celup yaitu dua kali dan empat kali celup. Deposisi lapisan tipis ZnO diatas kaca preparat. Berdasarkan hasil karakterisasi menggunakan difraksi sinar-X diperoleh bahwa lapisan yang dihasilkan merupakan amorf. Pada variasi celup kedua dan keempat didapatkan bentuk amorf dari lapisan tipis ZnO tersebut. ZnO thin film deposition has been done using Dip-Coating technique on glass material which is one of the materials that is duplicated as ITO glass in solar cell. A thin layer of ZnO is made by sol-gel which mixes several materials into it to obtain ZnO sol-gel. In this research, there are several variations of dye that is twice and four times the dye. Deposition of a thin film ZnO over a glass preparation. Based on the characterization results using X-ray diffraction obtained that the resulting layer is amorphous. In the second and fourth dip variations obtained the amorphous form of the ZnO thin film. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seismisitas dan zonasi di daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Seismisitas dapat di ketahui dari peta seismisitas berdasarkan kedalaman dan magnitudo, untuk memperoleh peta seismisitas di daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat yaitu dengan menggunakan data gempa bumi tektonik harian atau realtime dengan periode terjadinya gempa bumi pada tahun 2000-2015, yang bersumber dari BMKG (Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika) Klas 1 Bandung. Data gempa terdiri dari tanggal, waktu  terjadinya gempa, lintang, bujur, kedalaman dan magnitudo (M ≥ 4.5 SR), data yang ada di proses dengan menggunakan Software Arcgis 10.3 sehingga menjadi peta seismisitas yang telah di klasifikasikan berdasarkan kedalaman dan magnitudo gempa bumi. Zonasi di daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat di peroleh dengan menentukan nilai Percepatan Tanah Maksimum (Peak Ground Acceleration) yang terbagi kedalam 18 kabupaten, dan menentukan nilai PGA dan intensitas gempa di setiap Kabupaten, adapun cara untuk memperoleh nilai PGA dan intensitas gempa yaitu dengan melakukan proses perhitungan data gempa yang ada, dengan menggunakan metode Gutenberg Richter. Sehingga di peroleh kesimpulan berdasarkan peta seismisitas di dapatkan distrubusi gempa bumi berjumlah 792 gempa bumi, serta zonasi gempa bumi di daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat berdasarkan nilai PGA sebesar 25-29 gal, dan nilai intensitas gempa bumi sebesar V.West Java province bounded by 5 ° 50 'and 7 ° 50' south latitude and 104 ° 48 'to 108 ° 48' east longitude. This study aims to determine the seismicity and zoning in the area of West Java Province. Seismicity can be in the know of seismicity map based on the depth and magnitude, to obtain the map of seismicity in the area of West Java province is by using daily tectonic earthquake data or realtime with the period of the earthquake in the year 2000-2015, which is sourced from BMKG (Meteorology and Geophysics) Class 1 Bandung. Seismic data consists of the date, the time of the earthquake, latitude, longitude, depth and magnitude (M ≥ 4.5 SR), the data that is in the process of using ArcGIS 10.3 software so that a map of seismicity which has been classified based on the depth and magnitude of the earthquake. Zoning in the area of West Java province was obtained by determining the value of the Acceleration of Land Maximum (Peak Ground Acceleration), divided into 18 districts, and determine the value of PGA and intensity of earthquakes in each district, as for how to obtain the value of PGA and earthquake intensity by performing the calculation process existing seismic data, using Gutenberg Richter. Ada berbagai macam suhu yang bisa digunakan untuk dicari cepat rambat bunyi yang tentunya berbeda dan bervariasi serta diharapkan lebih memudahkan mahasiswa dalam memahami pokok bahasan tesebut. Telah dibuat alat eksperimen untuk menentukan cepat rambat bunyi di udara pada variasi suhu dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Audacity dan Logger Pro . Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cepat rambat bunyi di udara bergantung pada suhu. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh kurva suhu terhadap cepat rambat bunyi dengan . Dengan  demikian maka diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi suhu maka semakin besar nilai cepat rambat bunyi. ABSTRACT There is subject matter sounds particularly in experiments quickly creep, generally used at a temperature of 25 ° C that has been diteapkan. There is a wide range of temperatures that can be used to look for quick sound vines certainly different and varied and is expected to further facilitate students in understanding the subject matter are. Experimental tools have been created to determine quickly creep the sound in the air at the temperature variations by utilizing the software Audacity and Logger Pro. The method used is a linear regression. The results showed that the vines fast sound in the air depends on temperature. This is shown by the curve of temperature against fast sound with vines  Thus it is known that the higher temperature then the greater the value of the vines fast sound. Penggunaan tiga variasi panjang honeycomb menggunakan screenmesh diagonal 3 mm bertujuan untuk menghasilkan terowongan angin tipe terbuka dengan turbulensi sekecil mungkin atau laminar melalui variasi panjang honeycomb menggunakan screen mesh. Pada Desain pertama pada Terowongan angin dengan menambahkan screen mesh setelah honeycomb memiliki nilai intensitas turbulensi sebesar I = 0.0242 , sedangkan nilai intensitas turbulensi pada terowongan angin desain kedua, yaitu I = 0.0221  pada p = 6 cm dengan screenmesh diagonal 3 mm, I =  0.0218 pada p = 4 cm dengan screenmesh diagonal 3 mm dan I = 0.0289  pada p = 2 cm dengan screenmesh berdiagonal 3 mm. Dari nilai intensitas turbulensi tersebut diketahui bahwa panjang honeycomb menggunakan screenmesh berpengaruh pada kualitas aliran yang dihasilkan terowongan angin, yaitu adanya variasi panjang honeycomb menggunakan screenmesh diagonal ke ukuran yang lebih kecil mampu memperkecil intensitas turbulensinya. In this research, an open circuit wind tunnel with three long variations of honeycomb using screenmesh was developed from the wind tunnel design in the Physics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Jakarta. The use of three variations of honeycomb length using a 3 mm diagonal screenmesh aims to produce open-type wind tunnels with the smallest possible turbulence or laminar through a long variation of honeycomb using screen mesh. The first design on the wind tunnel by adding screen mesh after honeycomb has turbulence intensity value of I = 0.0242 , while the turbulence intensity value in the second design wind tunnel, that is I = 0.0221 at p = 6 cm with 3 mm diagonal screenmesh, I = 0.0218 at p = 4 cm with a 3 mm diagonal screenmesh and I = 0.0289 at p = 2 cm with a 3 mm diagonal screen. From the value of turbulence intensity it is known that the length of honeycomb using screenmesh effect on the flow quality generated by wind tunnel, that is the variation of honeycomb length using screen diagonal to smaller size can minimize turbulence intensity. Metode yang digunakan adalah Dinamika Molekuler Car-Parrinello, dimana metode ini dapat mensimulasikan pergerakan dinamis dari elektron dan ion pada suatu temperatur rata-rata. Penelitian ini bertujuan  mensimulasikan perubahan densitas muatan dari kluster atom Hidrogen dan atom Oksigen (10 atom) pada temperatur 1300 K. Hasil menunjukkan densitas muatan setelah perubahan waktu 0.120 ps untuk setiap kluster mengalami perubahan bandwidth distribusi densitas. Untuk kluster H sebesar 0.021 bohr -3 , kluster H-O (50% H - 50% O) sebesar 0.069 bohr -3 dan kluster O sebesar -0.241 bohr -3 . Perubahan ini menunjukkan sebaran densitas dipengaruhi oleh jenis ion plasma. Kata Kunci :  Dinamika Molekuler Kuantum, Plasma, Densitas muatan, Dinamika Molekul Car-Parrinello. The ab-initio Quantum Molecular Dynamics modeling of plasma charge density is performed. The Method used in this research is Car-Parrinello Molecular Dynamics, which is can simulate the dynamics of electrons and ions at some average temperature. This research purpose is to simulate the change in charge density of Hidrogen and Oxygen atom cluster  (10 atoms) at the average temperature 1300 K. The results show the charge density after time difference 0.120 ps for each clusters experience change in bandwidth. For H cluster is 0.021 bohr -3 , H-O cluster (50% H - 50% O)  is 0.069 bohr -3 and O cluster is -0.241 bohr -3 . This change shows that the density distribution is influenced by the types of plasma ions.
