This research uses a descriptive method. The population is all the elderly who are in the Posyandu Elderly Housing Complex of the Balaibaru Police Working Area of the Belimbing Padang Health Center with a total sample of 82 elderly. The results showed that 78% of the elderly had good knowledge about rheumatoid arthritis and 64.4% of the elderly had a positive attitude about rheumatoid arthritis. Research on the description of the level of knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about rheumatoid arthritis has obtained good results, for this reason it is hoped that the Belimbing Padang Health Center can improve the provision of much more and more information about rheumatoid arthritis in order to improve the health status of the elderly much better better than before.","PeriodicalId":143257,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti Health and Pharmacy Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133315079","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The pretreatment process was carried out chemically using 96% alcohol, sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide. The hydrolysis process was carried out enzymatically using the cellulase enzyme produced by the fungus Trichoderma viride , with variations in enzyme concentration of 5, 10 and 15% v/v for 0.5, 1 and 1.5 hours respectively. The highest yield of microcrystalline cellulose was produced from the hydrolysis process with a cellulase enzyme concentration of 5% v/v for 1.5 hours. Based on the two-way ANOVA test, it is known that the enzyme concentration and hydrolysis time have no significant effect on the yield of microcrystalline cellulose. Examination of organoleptic, identification, pH, water solubility, drying shrinkage, and starch absence test showed that the resulting microcrystalline cellulose complied with the requirements of the British Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia.","PeriodicalId":143257,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti Health and Pharmacy Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126967391","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study used an analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 98 class VII students who had experienced menstruation. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with p<0.05. The results showed that less than half of the respondents (42.9%) had sufficient knowledge about menstrual hygiene , more than half of the respondents (54.1%) had positive attitudes towards menstrual hygiene and more than half of the respondents (84.7%) ) had menstrual hygiene measures in the sufficient category. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and menstrual hygiene practices (p=0.017) and there is a significant relationship between attitudes and menstrual hygiene practices (p=0.021).","PeriodicalId":143257,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti Health and Pharmacy Science","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127590633","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Steenis) on uric acid levels in hyperuricemia male mice has been carried out. A total of 25 male mice were first induced with chicken liver juice 25 g/kg orally for 14 days to get hyperuricemia test animals. The test animals were divided into six groups, namely those that received 12.5 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg fractions, positive control, negative control and 10 mg/kg allopurinol as a comparison. Data analysis used two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan's Multiple Range T-test with 95% confidence intervals. This study stated that the fraction used lowered blood uric acid levels. The best reducing effect of the fractions was shown by a dose of 50 mg/kg. This study shows that the ethyl acetate fraction of A. cordifolia exhibits antihyperuricemia activity which has the potential for drug development in the future.","PeriodicalId":143257,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti Health and Pharmacy Science","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127364884","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
