In the medical field, artificial intelligence is applied in laboratory research, regulation-policy making, and clinical intervention. Several factors need to be seriously accounted for in the AI-empowered healthcare system, including algorithm transparency, bias mitigation, domain-expert involvement, privacy and data protection, and informed consent. In this article, we summarized the applications of AI in the field of medical and healthcare sectors. We also presented the possible ethical issues in AI applications in mentioned sectors. These issues include transparency and safety, informed consent and right to information, algorithmic fairness and biases, and data privacy and sharing regulation. We then present the basic principles of AI ethics and the existing AI guidelines, especially for the fields of medicine and healthcare. Based on the existing issues and guidelines, we believe that there are still many factors that need to be perfected, such as how we can generalize these guidelines worldwide and how these guidelines can be legally-binding. Detailed clauses in the guideline and law enforcement are another issue that should be addressed such that no loophole can be addressed. Ethical consideration is critical in AI applications, especially in the medical and healthcare fields. Until these issues can be totally addressed, we believe that AI applications in healthcare should be very strictly monitored.","PeriodicalId":14315,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Public Health and Clinical Sciences","volume":"6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80451767","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Every parent's parenting style in educating their children is unique. Cruel parenting and lack of warmth between parents and children or also known as US authoritarian parenting is one of the most dominant forms of parenting that can affect adolescent attitudes. This study aims to determine the relationship between adolescent aggressive behavior and perceptions of authoritarian parenting. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. Respondents in this study were aged between 15 to 21 years and still lived at home with their parents. The number of respondents in this study were 105 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. Data collection is done by filling out a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with Pearson Correlation Product moment. The results showed that respondents limited aggressive behavior to a very high percentage of 58.1% (61 people). While authoritarian parenting was experienced by 44.8% (47 people), it was also experienced at a very high level of 46.7% (49 people). The results of product moment analysis obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.892 which indicates a high close relationship.","PeriodicalId":14315,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Public Health and Clinical Sciences","volume":"185 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78022537","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is mainly seen in attitude, skill, and knowledge. This study aims to investigate the relationship between attitudes, skills, and eating knowledge with student learning achievement. This research is analytical observational research with a cross-sectional design. The subjects were university students in Lampung. The sampling of 196 students was collected using a non-probability with snowball sampling techniques. The data include respondents' characteristics, learning achievements, and eating desires (attitudes, skills, and knowledge). The data analysis was carried out using the Chi-square test to determine the relationship between eating attitudes, eating skills, and eating knowledge, with the student learning achievement. The results showed that most of the subjects (91.33%) had a good eating attitude, (69.90%) had less eating skills, and (51.53%) also had less eating knowledge. In this study, it is revealed that there is no significant relationship between eating attitudes, eating skills, and eating knowledge with the student learning achievement.","PeriodicalId":14315,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Public Health and Clinical Sciences","volume":"17 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87861748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Bivariate analysis used is the contingency coefficient correlation test. Nurses that used personal protective equipment or more than 50% had a moderate risk of pressure injury as experienced by ten nurses (66.7%). The correlation coefficient test of personal protective equipment obtained a p-value= 0.537. The early detection program for breast cancer with the clinical breast examination method is one of the indicators of the success of health development contained in the RPJMN. According to WHO data, the incidence of cancer increased from 12.7 to 14.1 million in 2013, and the specific cause of breast cancer is still unknown. The aim of this study is to review the clinical breast examination method's accuracy for early breast cancer detection is the goal. The method is using the a scoping review method covering Population, Exposure, Outcome, Study Design (PEOS). It approach is to construct a review topic and search strategy. Eight papers from three databases were analyzed (Pubmed, Science Direct, and EBSCO). Articles chosen using Prism Flowcharts and Hawker's Critical Appraisal. Results shows that the eights publications analyzed, five articles used a cohort research design, two articles used an RCT study design, and one article used a cross-sectional study design. The clinical breast examination (CBE) approach is for early diagnosis of breast cancer has low accuracy. It is due to the influence of CBE implementation skills. However, when used in tandem with mammography, CBE can produce more sensitive results. The CBE method is seen as less complicated and more affordable, making it one of the suggested early detection techniques for breast cancer in developing nations.","PeriodicalId":14315,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Public Health and Clinical Sciences","volume":"56 Pt 2 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84234212","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
