Proposed arrangement except parallel voltage source and series reactance possess additional current source, connected in parallel between supply source and series reactance. The effectiveness of this arrangement is carefully outlined, while the system general performance during steady and dynamic states is intensively investigated. Voltage and current were measured at various RD it was found that the main problems for the equip- ment installed were voltage sags and surges. The paper exam- ines the causes and effects of power disturbances that affect computer or any other microprocessor based equipment and analyses the auto-protection capabilities of modern power supplies. The convenience of \"enhanced power supply\" or \"low-cost customer-side\" protection solutions is also dis- cussed. In this analysis, the house is assumed connected to the electrical grid; therefore it is fed from both sources. The connection to the grid avoids the use of electro- chemical batteries as an energy storage system. The photovoltaic equipment supplies energy to the house-utility system by means of a parallel connection, operating as a current source. This work is focused on the modelling and control of the inverter used to implement this connection. Additional features like active filtering and unity power factor are applied to this design. Consequently, the current provided by the grid is sinusoidal and in phase with the utility voltage. The Section 4.3 is specially related to this feature. The S. Fryze's definition of load current components is used as a basis for the construction of a family of active power filters. The under discussion family of filters is designed to work synchronically with a period T. The distinctive property of these filters is maintaining non-deformed shape of source current in every one individually considered period T. The main features of the family of filters are described in the first part of the paper: Active Filter For DC Circuit. Then the results, obtained in DC circuit, are implemented to single- and three-phase circuit. Proposed control system was designed for maximum filtering performance in steady state. This task is realized by predictive algorithms applied for both control as well as calculation of grid currents. Accuracy of these algorithms strongly depends on precise information about future samples of equivalent electromotive force of the grid, which is in general distorted and unbalanced. For this purpose, a novel estimator and predictor is proposed. The control of DC voltage is realized with application of variable gain PI controller. It ensures high dynamics in transient states and low gain for steady state oscillations of DC voltage. The integration of inductive com- ponents is very interesting due to the substantial place reduc- tion on the surface of the printed circuit board. In this context the shielding of the stray field of these inductive components leads to some new approaches in magnetic field calculation and simulation by planar structures.
