{"title":"The Impact of Opportunism of the Manufacturer on Revenue Allocation in Supply Chain","authors":"Xinyu Xu","doi":"10.2991/ICHSSR-19.2019.9","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/ICHSSR-19.2019.9","url":null,"abstract":"The opportunism is a common risk in supply chain, which could include fraud, conceal or other negative behaviours. The reason of opportunism is multiple, and the most important reasons can be summarized as human nature, trade environment and information asymmetry. Due to the potential risk that opportunism will create, this field have attracted scholars to study for a long time. However, based on the literature, the gap of this field is that, scholars seldom consider about objective conditions and how these conditions impact on opportunism. Therefore, this research will focus on this field, assume a single manufacturer-retailer condition, and then set up a theoretical model which considers how the manufacturer's effort level impacts on profits, and how this situation will influence decisions that are made by the manufacturer and the retailer. Based on Monte Carlo simulation by software Crystal Ball, the result shows that different manufacturer's effort level will lead to different profits. However, manufacturer and retailer cannot achieve their largest profits in the same time. Besides, if they want to achieve the highest total profits, then both of them have to sacrifice part of their profits. Therefore, opportunism may be showed up. We compared and analyzed the curriculum objectives, curriculum design, faculty strength, and graduate employment rate of Zhaoqing University (ZQU) and Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT). The results: (1) The objectives of the course are that both schools are oriented to the economic development planning courses of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao bay area. ZQU integrates into the economic trend, and GDUT integrates into the industrial direction. (2) Curriculum planning: GDUT is more detailed in ZQU than the professional curriculum attributes. ZQU course tends to choose courses, GDUT focuses on compulsory courses. (3) Faculty strength: GDUT teachers' quality is better than ZQU teachers' quality. (4) Graduate employment rate: ZQU is higher than GDUT. Because GDUT's student chooses to continue to study. ZQU exceeded GDUT the average monthly salary in 2017. International petroleum companies, including multinational petroleum companies, are taking more significant roles as international political and economic actors. Our report examines the global petroleum system, the international petroleum companies, producers and consumers of petroleum. The important place in the creation of the brand of the country occupies industry brands. International petroleum companies, petroleum -producing countries, and consumer countries must use political marketing because they have developed rich sources of energy, create material capital and technology. This research was based on Non-intellectual factor theory, Krashen's Input Theory and Swain's Output Theory, explored the current English teaching mode and condition in Zhoushan's junior middle schools. In addition, starting from \"Is stimulating students' interest a key factor to improve students' English listening ability and oral expression?\" and \"Can teaching strategies and methods such as teaching in English, introducing English film clips and English songs, and using dubbing software stimulate students' interest?\" these two problems, questionnaire and interviews were designed for students and teachers. As EFLs speaking Mandarin as the first language are mostly programmed with a settled system of traditional rote learning from school in China, the limited flexibility separates them from ELLs or L1 learners on aspects like being responsive to more linguistic variations in bilingual experience. It causes the linguistic ambiguity among the mainland EFLs community—being capable of comprehending some higher-order input from the books but unable to recognize the new simpler input that bears the same meaning and contexts as what they have already known due to 1) more modifications catering to them and meanwhile 2) lack of sufficient L2 exposure per unit.
