This study aims to explore the group counselors’ experiences of videoconferencing group therapy by focusing on coping experiences. Method: Participants of the study were six group counselors. They had more than three videoconferencing group therapy experiences with masters or doctoral degree in the field of counseling, and had more than 5 years of counseling experiences. In-depth interviews were conducted once or twice per participant, and were recorded and transcribed. Data were analyzed using the Constant Comparative Analysis Method. Results: Results of the study are as follows; Efforts outside of videoconferencing group therapyg, Having control over group members and groups, Utilizing technology to facilitate interaction, Intervene in difficult group members and situations, and Positive attitude toward videoconferencing group therapy. Participants' experiences of were summarized as 'understanding the pros and cons of videoconferencing group therapy and creatively coping with difficulties arising inside and outside of the group by using technology and expertise'. Conclusion: Suggestions were proposed for future videoconferencing group therapy. Methods: A case study was conducted to analyze the impact of high school students' learning outcomes using GrafEq on their cognitive and emotional domains in a geometry class at J high school located in a rural area. Results: First, it was found that participating students were more interested in using GrafEq and more easily understood concepts and problems in the area of functions, equations, and graphs. Second, it seems that the students naturally understood and learned the relationship between functions by using the inequality area to color the inner area of various figures. Method: First, literature and cases related to early childhood personality, parent education, and action learning were analyzed, and a demand survey was conducted through in-depth interviews. Based on this, the components of the program were extracted, drafts were prepared, and the final program was derived through focus group interviews (FGI) and expert reviews. Results: The core activity process is divided into eight stages: lecture → Team building & Developing problems → Exploring and clarifying problems → Deriving possible solutions → Making action Plan → Implementing → Reflecting → Post-Activity. Conclusion: Through this study, it is expected to help solve practical problems for the character development of young children. Method: A qualitative case study using the ground theory was adopted. The 11 middle aged women working as career professional instructors at schools by the commission of the I Office of Education were selected and in-depth interviews were conducted. The interview results were analysed according to the paradigm model of ground theory. Results: The focal phenomenon was the incessant and self-regulated activities for growth resulting the recognition and establishment of self-identity. A sense of crisis led to the development of job skills necessary for their jobs through various types of action/interaction strategies depending on their points of values. Supportive relationships contributed to overcome job conflicts from unstable job conditions.
