Method: First, literature and cases related to early childhood personality, parent education, and action learning were analyzed, and a demand survey was conducted through in-depth interviews. Based on this, the components of the program were extracted, drafts were prepared, and the final program was derived through focus group interviews (FGI) and expert reviews. Results: The core activity process is divided into eight stages: lecture → Team building & Developing problems → Exploring and clarifying problems → Deriving possible solutions → Making action Plan → Implementing → Reflecting → Post-Activity. Conclusion: Through this study, it is expected to help solve practical problems for the character development of young children. 摘要
