But the untapped market potential of this population creates a very big opportunity for the life insurance industry. Earlier LIC was having monopoly over life insurance in India, so customers had no choice but after liberalisation, with the entry of private players, customers became aware and they started to compare the product of LIC and the private players. This has created a big challenge for the LIC.As private players are providing innovative products to the customers , so they are capturing the market share of LIC. To overcome this problem, LIC has to do something more than the usual things so that their customers feel reluctant to leave the LIC. So, LIC has introduced the concept of CRM in insurance business. The purpose of this paper is to know in detail the CRM init iatives of LIC, which are helpful to delight the customer. Azo dyes are the largest group of colorants used in industry. Due to their ability to absorb visible light & ease of synthesis dyes have wider industrial application and use such as textiles, fiber, leather, print and painting, also in agriculture, cosmetics & in laboratories. In this research eight azo compounds are prepared by diazo coupling. The diazotizonium salt is formed when NaNO2 & concentrated HCl is treated with substituted aromatic amines viz. Aniline, Anthranilic acid, α-Naphathalamine, Benzidene, oNitroaniline, p-nitroaniline, sulphanilic acid and ptoulidine. The formation of novel dye took place with a sufficient yield with subsequent coupling of 2,4-dimethylphenol. The structures of prepared dyes are confirmed by Fourier transform Infrared & proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Perkin Elmer spectrum used for IR spectra & Bruker Avance 400MHz NMR spectrometer for NMR spectra. The principle theory approach is a scientific method that guides scientists to define the structure of the (empirical) universe in logical unity, with the final product called a principle theory. The cosmos is understood as a single logical system that includes three harmonious cosmic views: the microcosmos, macrocosmos, and mesocosmos. These may be respectively considered as the components of the universe defined by quantum mechanics, general relativity, and success/failure system. Herein, we elucidate the concepts of principle theory and the cosmos to explain the mesocosmos, the success/failure system, and the latter’s significance for science and humanity. The success/failure system, a principle theory that we recently developed to reflect the mesocosmos, is a twenty-first century scientific discovery.
