As result, this imposes constraints on the network lifetime. In order to maximize the network lifetime, routing protocols should deliver traffic in a way that the energy consumption is minimized. This paper discusses the problem of energy saving in QoS multicast routing of ad hoc wireless networks. Our goal is to find a network topology that has the minimum energy consumption and satisfies the QoS requirements with the maximization of the network lifetime.
