The exercise program was to conduct obesity group and normal weight group, 22 subjects were divided equally into experimental (obesity) and controlled group (normal weight), assigned to exercise using the balance training system for 30min a day and 5 days a week. Every pre and post-experimental data of both groups were gathered by Inbody and BSS (Biodex Medical Systems) for 8 weeks. As a result, Comparing the intra-group data measured by Inbody, obesity group showed significant difference in every parameter (p<.05). In the inter-group data, every parameter showed significant difference between both groups (p<.05). Comparing the intra-group data of LOS(Limits Of Stability), obesity group showed significant difference with all parameters, except with 'Backward' and 'Left' (p<.05). In the inter-group data, 'Forward' parameter showed significant difference. Comparing the intra-group data of PS (Postural Stability), obesity group showed significant difference with all parameters (p<.05). The inter-group PS (Postural Stability) results differed significantly only with 'Med/lat'(p=.000). In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that the balance training had a big effect on the Inbody and recovery of the balance capability in stroke patient with obesity.","PeriodicalId":13797,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Digital Content Technology and Its Applications","volume":"40 1","pages":"229-235"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90883531","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The electrode reactions were significantly affected by the electrolyte concentration. In a concentrated solution (3.27 mol kg LiClO4/PC), lithium ions were reversibly intercalated within graphite. In contrast, continual electrolyte decomposition and exfoliation of the graphene layers occurred in a low concentration solution (2.45 mol kg LiClO4/PC). In situ electrochemical atomic force microscopy revealed the formation of an effective surface film on the graphite surface after potential cycling in the 3.27 mol kg LiClO4/PC solution. The results of Raman analysis indicated the absence of free PC molecules in the concentrated solution, which suggested that ion–solvent interactions are an important factor for regulating the formation of stable surface films on graphite negative electrodes in PC-based solutions.","PeriodicalId":13797,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Digital Content Technology and Its Applications","volume":"43 1","pages":"429-435"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82606475","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper takes the analysis from a macro-institutional level to the level of the individuals involved in the transfer process. The influence of the subsidiary HR manager’s nationality and the resulting degree of overlap between HRM systems in headquarters and subsidiaries is modeled with three variables: reputational effectiveness, allegiance, and ability to speak the headquarters’ language. Based on the theoretical considerations, the subsidiary HR manager’s nationality appears to have an influence on the degree of overlap of the HRM systems in headquarters and subsidiaries.","PeriodicalId":13797,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Digital Content Technology and Its Applications","volume":"69 1","pages":"422-428"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78179253","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although it has been widely accepted that collocations are essential to language use, until recently, the complexity of collocations was mainly hidden. However, developments in the new technology of corpus linguistics and the availability of large electronic texts from spoken and written sources have made possible new perspectives to learner language use. In addition, learner corpus data constitutes a new type of performance data which offers a valuable view of learners’ errors and non-errors as well. This study is thus embedded in a combination of elaborate manual investigation and computer-aided analysis using a concordance program, WordSmith Tools. The results of this study show that errors are not entirely mismatch between the verb and the noun, and other types such as prepositional errors and determiner errors were relatively more frequent among advanced L2 learners. It is also found that the interference of the Korean learners’ L1 plays a role in the use of collocations. Based on the results, some suggestions are made for collocation learning that is helpful for EFL learners.","PeriodicalId":13797,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Digital Content Technology and Its Applications","volume":"35 1","pages":"100-108"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77312318","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Twenty-three healthy adult men and women, aged 19 to 27 years, volunteered to participate in this study. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect on shoulder region muscle activation during the presence or absence of the core stability. Muscle activation was measured by surface EMG and ultrasound imaging during the exercise, and was simultaneously recorded from upper trapezius, low trapezius, and serratus anterior muscles in surface EMG. EMG values were normalized by maximum muscle contractions (%maximum voluntary isometric contraction; [%MVIC]). A paired t-test was used to compare the differences in the muscle activation according to the presence or absence of the core stability. In the results of this study, when subjected to core stability exercise, EMG activation of the upper trapezius muscle decreased by 19%, and the serratus anterior muscle increased by 11%(p .05). These findings suggest that core stability shoulder exercise could be more effective in the shoulder region in patients with chronic shoulder pain.","PeriodicalId":13797,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Digital Content Technology and Its Applications","volume":"19 1","pages":"375-380"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80307055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
