This disparity has hindered the shift from traditional teaching to student-centered learning, a crucial aspect of novel approaches in cognitive psychology. \u0000The primary objective of this transition is to prioritize the learner in the education system, enabling them to acquire knowledge in a more active, autonomous, and participatory manner. However, achieving this transformation requires in-depth research to examine the nature of the digital tools accessible to teachers and compare them with those available to students. \u0000The analysis of research results reveals a prevalence of digital tools focused on teaching, creating an imbalance that favors instructional activities over the learning process. The tools available to teachers often prioritize one-way transmission of knowledge, emphasizing information presentation and dissemination. \u0000From a learning perspective, promoting active interactions, experimentation, practical exercises, and problem-solving activities is crucial. Unfortunately, digital tools intended for students often lack active engagement and participation opportunities, limiting their potential for autonomous and interactive learning. \u0000This article proposes to identify and evaluate the digital resources teachers and students use to determine the extent to which these tools lean toward teaching or learning. This evaluation aims to better understand the nature of current tools and identify the gaps that need to be addressed to foster a more balanced learning experience. The study focuses on teachers and students in teacher training programs as the target population. \u0000This research aims to develop more inclusive and effective educational practices that empower learners and enhance their overall educational experience by addressing the disparity between teacher-focused and student-centered digital tools.

The Uniform CPA Examination has recently undergone its most significant modification in many years thanks to the CPA Evolution project. This article discusses the exam's revised structure and content, evaluates the anticipated effects of those changes on accounting education, and explains how colleges will need to modify their curricula to meet the new exam core Plus requirements. \u0000Today's accountants and the accounting industry require different technical capabilities than they did even a few years ago. For the accounting profession to advance, proficiency in technology, data analytics, risk management, and IT governance are becoming crucial competencies. The joint CPA Evolution project of the AICPA and NASBA acknowledges the rapidly evolving abilities and competences needed by today's CPAs. The quick development of technical advancements, such as data analytics, robots, and artificial intelligence, among others, is significantly altering the way CPAs do their business. Additionally, this report illustrates the constraints that the COVID-19 placed on the world's environment and economy. The CPA profession is changing, and data from IPEDS and responses from participating U.S. universities and public accounting companies enable us to assess the effects of this change on both the supply and demand of new accounting. The public accounting firms have started to fill the technology and data analytics talent gaps among accounting recruits by hiring non-accounting staff, according to the AICPA's 2021 Accounting Graduate Supply and Demand Report, which includes a survey of the hiring practices of public accounting firms. According to the research, new hires of master's graduates increased by 2% in 2020, despite a 10% decline in the total hiring of new accounting graduates.

Regarding the methods, because this is an integrative review of literature, through a descriptive study, we used databases such as Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (Medline/PubMed), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Virtual Health Library (VHL). The query was performed using the controlled descriptors from DeCS/MeSH: "thyroid nodule", "fine needle biopsy", "thyroid", "liquid-based cytology", "molecular test". Moreover, as a result we obtained a general review about the appropriateness of FNAB of the thyroid, an efficient and reliable diagnostic method in the decision and selection of patients who will need surgery. However, this method presents some limitations, such as the need for improvement in the quality of the sample collection or in its interpretation, limitations that can be reduced, decreasing the cases of false positives and negatives, when collected by experienced professionals, guided by ultrasound, and can be combined with color Doppler, as well as, seek opinions from other specialists. The present study also addressed the new diagnostic methods for thyroid nodules, such as liquid-based cytology, used as a technique in conjunction with conventional smears when ancillary techniques are applied, and molecular tests, which have given professionals the opportunity to provide a more accurate evaluation in cases of indeterminate nodules. With this, we reiterate the importance of identifying the best individualized strategy for the patient, preventing unnecessary procedures and offering improved quality of life.

Although nations around the world are aware of what occurs on websites like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and others, there has been evidence of cyberbullying on these platforms. This study was conducted among the teenagers attending secondary schools in Nairobi County, Kenya, to investigate the coping strategies used by adolescents in dealing with the effects of cyberbullying. The research used Ex –Post- Facto design. All of the adolescents in selected secondary schools between the ages of 13 and 18 made up the study population. The study used stratified random sampling techniques to select the sample of 318 adolescents. the study also used purposive sampling to select 5 School Principals and 5 Teacher-Counselors. Data was collected using a modified Cyberbullying Coping Questionnaire. Interview schedules were used to gather information from the Teacher-Counselors and School Principals on the quality of cyberbullying coping strategies. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 25 and presented using frequency tables and percentages. The results revealed that the coping mechanisms for cyberbullying involved team efforts from parents, teachers, and students. The study found that 58(18.2%) and 81(25.5%) would seek professional advice or report the matter to their parents, teachers or school principals. Additionally, the study found that there was age difference with those who blocked, deleted or informed the bully to stop his bullying behaviors. The study recommends that School Principals and parents should create a safe and healthy environment in both home and school. Further, the study recommends that schools to put in place surveillance strategies to support students who experience cyberbullying and to develop programmes to enhance psychological adjustment.

I study the time delay effect of viral infection on tumor cell populations by identifying bifurcation thresholds in both the burst rate and time delay of viral infection in oncolytic virus therapy. Time delay plays an important role in changing the structure of tumor cell populations in a dynamical system. The multi-bifurcation thresholds of the time delay are observed and also dependent on the bursting rate. This study demonstrates a strong relationship between viral burst rates and time delays in population dynamics. The results of this study show that time delay affects oscillation generation and results in back-to-back Hopf bifurcation. This study provides insight into understanding the relationship between the two control parameters, in which tumor cell populations pattern from equilibrium steady-state solutions to periodic solutions and from periodic solutions to equilibrium-state solutions.
