Pada tahun 2018, sebuah perusahaan botol minuman di daerah Banten kesulitan mencapai target produksi jika dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Kondisi ini menyebabkan produktivitas perusahaan secara keseluruhan mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penurunan produktivitas yaitu dengan mengukur nilai produktivitas yang didasarkan pada 3 kriteria yaitu kriteria efisiensi produksi, kriteria efektivitas, kriteria jam kerja mesin. Metode yang digunakan adalah Objective Matrix (OMAX), dengan langkah penentuan kriteria, perhitungan rasio, perhitungan interpolasi nilai matriks, penetapan sasaran, penentuan bobot dan pembentukan matriks. Nilai produktivitas pada tahun produksi 2018 tertinggi terjadi pada periode 7 dengan nilai 455,7 sedangkan nilai produktivitas terendah terjadi pada  periode 1 dengan nilai 196,35. Kriteria yang kurang memberikan kontribusi terhadap produktivitas dan perlu diperbaiki adalah kriteria efisiensi produksi karena nilai kriteria menunjukkan kinerja dibawah standar. Sedangkan kriteria efektivitas dan kriteria inferensial (jam kerja mesin) menunjukkan nilai yang cenderung baik. Hm","doi":"10.30656/intech.v6i1.2195","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30656/intech.v6i1.2195","url":null,"abstract":"Pudak merupakan makanan khas Kota Gresik yang menjadi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang sudah menjadi usaha turun temurun masyarakat kota Gresik. Adanya pandemi COVID 19 berdampak pada tingkat penjualan UMKM Pudak di Kota Gresik mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT dan melakukan perumusan strategi terpilih menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 50 responden yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM, kelompok usaha, pemerintah dan konsumen Pudak Kota Gresik. Hasil analisis SWOT diperoleh nilai IFAS sebesar 2,7013 sedangkan nilai EFAS sebesar 2,9400. Dengan demikian matrik IE untuk UMKM Pudak Gresik berada di posisi pertumbuhan dan stabilitas. Hasil pemilihan strategi menggunakan metode AHP untuk menentukan strategi alternatif yaitu mempertahankan harga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk tanpa bahan pengawet untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk dan memperoleh keuntungan yang menjanjikan, dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,300.  Prioritas kedua yaitu strategi melakukan promosi berbasis online dan memberikan diskon agar lebih dikenal luas dan menarik minat para konsumen diluar kota Gresik. XYZ is a company engaged in the automotive sector, which produces vehicle components and engine assembly. Inventory control that supports the production process is an internal process that is vital for automotive company operations because of the large number of machines and production targets to meet consumer demand. Insert tools are one of many factors that are very important in ensuring the sustainability of the production process that uses CNC machines. Potential damage and end of tools life can occur at any time, and this means that insert tools inventory must always be available for use on time. This research provides a solution to the company's inventory control problem. By using the EOQ method, the company can determine the optimal purchase to minimize total inventory costs. Besides, ABC Classification is used to determine the priority of insert tools that require more attention in controlling the inventory. The results of this study are inventory decisions such as the order quantity, the amount of safety stock, and reorder points of the insert tools. The results of ABC classification, from 27 insert tools, are classified into: 6 types of class A insert tools, five types of class B, and 16 types of class C. UPTD P2KUKM mempunyai empat workshop, salah satunya workshop keramik, Workshop keramik memproduksi dua jenis yaitu earthenware dan stoneware. Proses produksi keramik dilakukan dengan mengandalkan tenaga manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi human error yang terjadi pada proses produksi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meminimalkan human error yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SHERPA dan HEART dalam menganalisis human error yang terjadi. Metode kualitatif menggunakan SHERPA untuk mengidentifikasi human error.  Metode kuantitatif dengan metode HEART untuk mengetahui nilai probabilitas terjadinya human error. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan HTA, pada proses produksi keramik mempunyai 6 tahapan yang terbagi dalam 18 sub-pekerjaan. Analisis secara kualitatif menggunakan metode SHERPA memperoleh 18 kemungkinan error yang dapat dilakukan oleh pekerja. Berdasarkan analisis secara kuantitatif didapatkan nilai Human Error Probability (HEP) tertinggi yaitu pada sub-pekerjaan membersihkan tanah dari kotoran dengan nilai HEP sebesar 0.99. Rekomendasi  perbaikan untuk mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan manusia (human error) yaitu briefing sebelum melakukan pekerjaan, membuat display, membuat form checklist, melakukan pengawasan dan training.
