Mulia Graha Abadi merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang minyak dan gas bumi, yang mensuplai dan mengontrak peralatan pengeboran dengan tiga anak perusahaan. Dalam lima tahun terakhir, perusahaan belum mempunyai sistem pengukuran produktivitas terutama pada lini produksi wellhead. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas lini produksi dengan menentukan indikator rasio yang dapat diukur sesuai kebutuhan untuk menghasilkan desain yang efektif dan efisien untuk tahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode matriks objektif (OMAX) dengan perbandingan data kuantitas produksi, data kapasitas produksi, data tenaga kerja, data produk cacat, data produk yang dapat diperbaiki, data penggunaan bahan, data penggunaan energi, data mesin operasi, data total produksi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan perhitungan angka indeks produktivitas menunjukkan bulan April 2019 yang mengalami penurunan sebesar -41,18%. Perancangan efektifitas dan efisiensi dengan perhitungan produktivitas dengan melakukan tindakan pengaturan kapasitas produksi secara simultan, memperhitungkan waktu yang digunakan untuk pengoperasian mesin sehingga dapat mencapai tingkat efektivitas sebesar 256 unit/bulan. Tingkat efisiensi dilihat dari faktor produksi atau kapasitas produksi masih terjadi penurunan sebesar 6,03%. Setiap divisi mempunyai potensi bahaya sebagai indikasinya adalah terjadi 18 kasus kecelakaan dalam kurun waktu 2014 sampai 2017. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Dalam riset ini upaya untuk pencegahan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja akan dilakukan menggunakan metode Hazard Operability Study (HAZOPS). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 45 potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja yang ada di enam divisi yaitu divisi Staff management building 31%, Divisi Engineering 18%, Divisi Parking 9%, Divisi Housekeeping 24%, Security 2%, Vendor/Subcon 16%. Divisi yang mempunyai jumlah potensi bahaya terbanyak yaitu divisi Staff management building 31%. Kemudian untuk tingkat risiko Tinggi 33%, tingkat risiko Sedang 51%, tingkat risiko rendah 16%. Jadi potensi bahaya yang tingkat risiko ekstrim tidak ada. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bisa diketahui bila pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kerja job desk analisa wajib tergolong tinggi. Masing-masing shift hanya terdapat 1 operator yang mengakibatkan operator tersebut tidak bisa menuntaskan pekerjaan tepat waktu serta akan menimbulkan dampak kelelahan akibat beban kerja yang melampaui batas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah kerja yang optimal berdasarkan beban kerja yang ada. Perhitungan beban kerja dilakukan dengan metode workload analysis selama 10 hari dengan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 200 sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan ratio delay pekerja sebesar 12.36%, waktu siklus 2.45 menit, waktu normal 3.06 menit. waktu baku yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan tiap output analisa adalah 3.71 menit. Beban kerja pekerja berdasarkan volume pekerjaan, jumlah hari kerja, waktu baku, dan jam kerja untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tiap shift memerlukan 2.75 orang. Hal tersebut menunjukkan beban kerja yang diterima pekerja tergolong tinggi atau melebihi kapasitas 1 orang pekerja.
