Identification of stroke risk factors can use the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS). Researchers have designed and developed a CDSS using the Framingham Risk Score (FRS) method to identify stroke in patients. The study aims to identify stroke risk factors using CDSS with the Framingham Risk Score method in dr Soebandi Hospital.This research was an analytic observational study using secondary data from medical record documents of neurology patients. . The sampling technique used was incidental sampling that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria used in selecting medical records were medical records that had complete data regarding gender, age, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, smoking behavior, history of diabetes mellitus, and the patient's stroke incidence thus obtaining 14 patient medical records.. Data were analyzed using the FRS method. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there were 8 patients with high risk and 6 patients with low risk. However, further research needs to be carried out on the relationship between variables so that they can contribute in more detail to efforts to reduce the prevalence of stroke in society.","PeriodicalId":137078,"journal":{"name":"ARTERI : Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan","volume":"3 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139536137","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The activities carried out by construction workers can cause errors and work accidents which are influenced by fatigue. This research aims to understand the factors related to work fatigue in construction workers in the Drinking Water Management System Project. The research method used was an explanatory study with a cross-sectional design, with a total sample of 30 people taken using a total sampling technique. Primary data was collected by distributing standard questionnaires, namely the Subjective Self Rating Test and Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS) 42. Data were analyzed univariately using the frequency distribution test, bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test, and data were visualized using the Tableau Public 2022 application. From the results, the research found that age (p=0.104), education (p=0.419), and length of work (p=0.063) were not related to work fatigue, while nutritional status (p=0.042) and work stress (p=0.028) were related to the incidence of work fatigue. The research conclusion is that nutritional status and work stress are related to work fatigue in construction workers in the Drinking Water Management System Project. Suggestions to project organizers, it is necessary to carry out effective stress management and coping for workers to reduce work fatigue and maintain workers' nutritional status by providing food according to workers' calorie needs.","PeriodicalId":137078,"journal":{"name":"ARTERI : Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan","volume":"49 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139630152","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nutrition Care Process consists of 4 systematic steps, namely nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition monitoring, and evaluation. Implementation of NCP in fact faces some barriers, such as much time needed and incomplete documentation. Digitalization of NCP is expected to be a solution to overcome the barriers. This study aimed at investigating the requirement of hospitals and clinics toward NCP digital. This was a qualitative study where the design was an exploration case study. The number of informants was 5 interviewees who work as dietitians and nutritionist in some hospitals and clinic. The data were collected by focus group discussion. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Five primary themes emerged as the main design needed in NCP digital. The themes are automatic calculation and categorization of nutrition assessment data, automatically selecting of nutrition diagnosis, integration with the diet leaflet for patients, and integration with medical record and other health care workers’ systems. In conclusion, the dietitians considered that NCP digital had some advantages to accelerate and improve their work. In carrying out a health consultation, the patient is given a health record in the form of paper (manual) which the patient can take home. This sometimes makes it difficult for health cadres to see the track record of changes in a patient's health if the patient does not bring a consultation paper when he comes for a follow-up consultation. The results are in accordance with the objectives of this literature review. The results of the analysis show that there are studies which state that smoking with conventional cigarettes and e-cigarettes can have an impact on damage to alveoli and lung tissue. Conventional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) cause damage to the pulmonary alveoli in the form of alveolar spaces, this depends on the nicotine content in them. Electronic cigarettes and conventional cigarettes exert different effects on the oxidative stress response of the airway epithelium. In addition, the image of popcorn lung can be found due to the presence of diacetyl that appears when heating e-juices in e-cigarettes.","PeriodicalId":137078,"journal":{"name":"ARTERI : Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126547574","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Lack of physical activity can reduce the value of VO2max, so that will impact on lowering physical fitness index. Value of VO2max can be increased through consumption of red watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) that is contained citrulline. Red watermelon is the richest source of citrulline compared to other fruits or vegetable on cucurbitaceae plants. Substance of citrulline that enters the body is converted to nitric oxide (NO) which can increase VO2max through the mechanism of oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria. This study is to know the effect of red watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) to VO2max. This paper is a qualitative study of literature. Bibliography like articles and literature books were obtained through the Elsevier, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar search engines. The result of analysis shows that the consumption of red watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) affects of VO2max enhancement.
